Title: Thanks for 4+ Great Years

I’ve been putting this off because I couldn’t decide how best to say it, but the time has come to get it out there...
I have decided to resign from my staff position at JediDefender. A number of factors have led me to this decision, but I'll spare you the gritty details. Instead, I'll just say that I am at a point in my life where I'd like a bit more free time and a reduced stress level, so something had to give.
Don't get me wrong, I still love this place - the people, the discussions, the atmosphere. The forums are A+/#1 and always will be. I will still be hanging around to enjoy the discussions (and probably continuing to moderate the Minnesota Store Reports area for my fellow Minnesotans).
Thanks again to all of you - the front page news readers, forum members, my fellow Staffers - for making my 4+ years on the staff here so much fun.

Thanks for all the work and dedication to the site- Glad to hear you will still be hanging around the Minnesota board!
I think Jeff has to keep us in line, being rowdy and all. ;)

Thanks Jeff for the invite all those years ago to join up here. In doing so, I've met a lot of great friends and contacts. I'm not sure I can forgive you for turning me on to Kubricks though. :-*

Wow, that is news. I'm sad to hear it for myself, but if it makes your life easier, I'm glad for you. I feel lucky that I got the chance to meet you in person though. Best of luck.

I am grateful for all of Jeff's work, which I shoudl have mentioend when I first heard about this. He has helped make JD my main stop for SW related surfing. I understand why one needs to find some more balance in life, so good for you, Jeff.
I am already missing all of your great news posts, so hopefully we'll see more soon.
