LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles

(1/2) > >>

Jeff:
More on this one from Cartoon Network... sounds like it's a series of three specials instead of a one-off episode like The Padawan Menace or The Empire Strikes Out.

--- Quote ---LEGO Star Wars returns in epic style with THE YODA CHRONICLES, a thrilling, funny and action-packed new LEGO Star Wars story told in three animated TV specials! Set in the “Prequel” Star Wars timeline, THE YODA CHRONICLES stars the one and only Yoda—the Jedi Master who has seen it all, done it all, and taught generations of Jedi Knights—in an all-new adventure. With the help of a fresh class of Padawans, Yoda leads the Jedi in a desperate fight to stop Darth Sidious and his minions from creating a new super-weapon that could crush the Republic and win the war for the forces of Evil.

Part 1 aired last night but I forgot to DVR it... anyone catch it?

Jesse James:
I watched...  It's odd.  Those little shows are kinda funny.  I watched the little marathon of them for the most part leading up to the new one.  They're cute...  Like how all Legos are cute.

JediJman:
I watched it last night with the kids and it was so-so.  I think the Empire Strikes Out is the best, with lots of nods to adult fans.  The Padawan Menace is pretty good at times too.  YC was easily my least favorite - just not enough funny moments or lame attempts to be funny (Grievous coffing for attention, Yoda meditating and getting nothing, etc.).  I wonder what the exclusive Lego figure will be with the DVD though...might still get it if there's a Force-Clone 14 in there.

Pete_Fett:
Shoot - I totally forgot this was going to be on. Does anyone know if they're going to re-air it or was it a one-and-done kind of thing?
