I know it's early, but I thought I'd give this a start. I'm not sure what the official numbers will be, but I'll start here...

Are we counting JUST the basic figures in this thread, or any kind of 3.75' figure? If we're counting everything, there's the three Marvel 2-Packs (Tarkin/Stormtrooper, Stormie Han/Chewie, and Vader/Rebel Fleet Trooper), and the Quinlan Vos/Wilmar Grahk (sp?) 2-pack as well.

That list looks pretty spiffy to me, if true. I'm always most excited by the OT characters/figures, but I'm glad to see the possibility of "live" Clone Wars versions of some of those characters (Yoda w/Kybuck, Roron Corobb, etc.) I'd be happy to see more of those too. I thought I remembered Hasbro confirming in one of their Q and A's that there would be a new Qui Gon coming this year too, so there must be more to come yet. I'm really looking forward to Toy Fair and hopefully seeing some new product (particularly the VOTC/VTSC/whatever you want to call them this year figures). The McQuarrie figures are really nice too, and if those are accurate, we should have a nice lineup of those by the end of the year. A lot of much requested figures on there again too, and depending on what some of the figures turn out to be (such as TESB wave Han, Lando, Trooper and AOTC wave Padme and Jango), there could be some nice versions of the main characters on the way as well.

If you believe Hasbro (no plans for Bespin in 2007 (http://www.jedidefender.com/newspro/fullnews.cgi?newsid1162583907,82982,)), then I am inclined to believe that most likely is a Hoth Han and a Smuggler Lando perhaps. I'm with you hoping that's the case. Cool beans if it's a new Hoth Rebel Grunt too.

The game that Steve Sansweet unveiled at Comic Con is reportedly called The Force Unleashed. It looks like Hasbro's trying to tie-in with the release of the game by producing this wave. Honestly, I think it's a good idea for them to be on top of things like that because they're going to need as many sources for fresh ideas as they can get.

Ah, I see someone else caught this as well. I was definitely suspicious about the RS piece, and they sure did editorialize a lot in their posting. I think we're probably on for the Snowtrooper based on this.

There is a lot on the list that interests me. Some other stuff does not. They are really hitting the EU hard this year. Whether it's the McQuarrie series or other stuff. I won't be getting every figure but that's about impossible any longer for me anyway. There are certainly some cool gems this upcoming year that I am looking forward to.

This set just better come to Canada in good selection. im a tad bit annoyed with what we get as it is. i still havent been able to see the first couple of endor wave. naboo yes...first 5 endor...no. my area never even got the AOTC wave.
