2024 TVC Deluxe Garazeb "Zeb" Orrelious

Starting up a thread for this one...  uses the HasLab sculpt, but has new head, new torso, new upper arms, new belt, and some deco changes.

Available for pre-order 4/3 at 1pm ET at Hasbro Pulse and other fan channel retailers.

Love it. He's been near the top of my lists for years. I just wish he wasn't Deluxe, or not in this packaging anyways. I just want him on a regular card, even if it had to be at a deluxe price since he is bigger.

He is on a regular card with the Ghost, yeah. I meant on a non-Mural cardback.

So that’s pretty lame that he fits on a regular card with the Ghost but then has to be a $25-ish deluxe set at retail.

During one of the HasLab fanstreams they said Zeb would normally be a deluxe based on his paint apps/size but was on a card for the purposes of completing the mural cardback set.  I'm guessing that was to prepare us for this version being a deluxe instead of carded.

I’m sure it was.  It’s still obnoxious. 

Not sure how his scale will be compared to the others but after seeing how small Krrsantan was in his deluxe box, and given nearly everything Hasbro does lately, it still feels like a cash grab.

It won’t be too much longer before we see an Ahsoka Bar Zeb on more deluxe packaging for another $26.  The double dipping is supposed to bring costs doen through volume, but instead it’s another cash grab opportunity.

Hasbro had posted some new group shots to the Hasbro Pulse instagram.  Not always easy to get a full sense of size from pics like this due to posing/lighting, but you can see the HasLab version looks pretty beefy compared to Ezra in this first pic.

It won’t be too much longer before we see an Ahsoka Bar Zeb on more deluxe packaging for another $26.

Maybe the true purpose of that X-Wing Pilot 4-pack is to introduce a new 'large guy' pilot buck that they can then use with parts from this Zeb to make a Mandoverse Pilot Zeb?

Like Dlx Jango, he is just Fan Channel (EE, Pulse, etc) with no Amazon planned for now.

Has Amazon carried any of the TVC deluxe figures after the Dark Trooper?  IIRC, they really got hosed on those.

Amazon sold Krrsantan, Paz, and Sabine, but stopped carrying the DLX with Jango (and now Zeb).

Krrsantan and Sabine have held value pretty well at Amazon (maybe dipping down to $23-25ish range) but Paz has been more like the Dark Trooper with plenty of drops to $12-14 range.

But then maybe Amazon was paying attention to the glut of deluxe figures at Target?  Along with the epic complaining from much of the community about the deluxe figure price point.
