They are doing Lego Indy 2 this christmas.

I cannot see fault with just about anything there.  Deitrich looks to have a removable hat, and he's an EXCELLENT looking DAK German to me (Paul, I'm sure, can point out the flaws though), Toht is amazing looking, the Nepal Brute gives me hope for other Nepalese/Gestapo guys, Ark Ghost rocks...

I have hopes for Indy German, German Mechanic, Marion, and Satipo now...  also my hopes are up because of the Nepal Brute that we may get yet more items like a Desert Belloq and Jungle Belloq.  Perhaps even a Nepal Marion?  A random Gestapo agent?

Hey, one can actually dream, again.

See no reason to gripe right now.  Considering last week we had zero hope for ANY of this ****.  Right now it's all hope.  Who would've thunk it?

Here's the bike, which for 1:18 collectors this is gonna be HOT, so buy it when you see it.

I'm guessing that these are not on display at the moment...   with all the pics surfacing, it's odd not to see more on these.  If they were out, someone would have posted something by now I'd think.

You know how sometimes Hasbro holds some stuff back and doesn't put it out until later in the show?  Maybe they have to wait for LFL to announce the game and then they will show the figures after that?  Or, of course, there is still the possibility that it was all a cruel joke...

WHAT. Man, what a surprise! Those Tohts are amazing! Kinda glad I still haven't gotten the original German motorcycle now. Dietrich is a letdown though but who cares, it's great to see this never released stuff finally see the light of day!

Unless they're talking about actually releasing the Staff of Kings game for 360/PS3, I don't think there's any other Indy game coming outside of Lego 2 (yet), and Hasbro's not gonna release their stuff as a tie-in with that, I wouldn't think.  So the video game thing has thrown me for a loop.

The only other thing I can think of is that this may have something to do with the release of the first three flicks on BluRay.  They were believed to be coming out this fall, but they were apparently pushed back to next year.

I honestly don't get the disappointment with Col. Dietrich.  He's not super duper articulated, but his joints look pretty good for poseability, he's got an excellent sculpt (removable hat!), and I don't believe his legs are the same as the cyclist's legs.  The top looks different to me at least, but regardless I never had a problem getting any of the 8 or so I have to stand considering they're super articulated.  They don't have the wide stance though, that I can see.

To me this is a sharp looking figure.  I'm going to get multiples to slip in with my 1:18 figures as well.

Had a funny thought...maybe they will all be 2 packs, and they will use up the thousands of Indys left from 2008...Indy and Nepal Thug...Indy and German Machanic...Indy and Marion...Indy and Satipo...
