Your analogy is sound Dan, if they were calling the line Saga "Rarities", but Legends to me refers to the character itself rather than its availability at retail.

Well I've been holding off for probably almost 6 months now.  I'm just not enjoying buying two of everything anymore - especially with rehashes and repacks. I'm thinking I'd like to get it down to just the loose figures, I could army build, and buy just one of everything else.

I recently made the same decision as well. The rehash waves (GB & HV) were the straws that broke the Tauntaun's back and the Endor Wave (Chirpa, DSG, etc.) was the beginning of the end of collecting 2 of every figure. (1 open, 1 to covet).

I've started parting out my collection first to guys in the MN Collector group. I'll later hit the customizer group as there always looking for fodder and then eventually resorting the eBay.

Actually I use this tactic to my advantage as well from time to time. I couldn't give 2 ***** about HW cars, Treasure Hunts or Mystery Cars what have you. But if I see them when no other HW collector is around, I always snag them to use as trade bait later.

The neighbor that lives below me in my building has his girlfriend over onnce a week (I can tell when her car is in the parking lot) and around 2 or 3 a.m. they decide to "bump uglies". Puting it mildly, she isn't the quietest person in the sack and couple that with the repetitious THUD... THUD.... THUD, it sounds and feels like she's in the same room with me. It's like porn for the blind.

I love Dagobah Vader.  Hidden feature , decapitation feature , translucent black plastic yet a heavy dark red saber .  I have 3 of these guys that I display in different places.

You should look at him in the dark, under a blacklight. That dark red lightsaber glows like the "real" thing.

It's also a cool trick to view the POTJ "emperor's Wrath" under a blacklight, the skull glows.
