Yep, if this follows the trend of previous WM exclusives, one store will get about 50 of these while the rest of the stores get nothing. Luckily this doesn't scream "must own" to me

Seriously. I feel extremely lucky to get my hand on any WM Exclusive.

Same here. I rarely even see WM exclusives in the wild anymore, usually relying on help or eBay. Target, or even TRU usually, is no problem at all. Stinks when there are three I'd like to get from WM this year between this and the Vintage Collection.

Same here. For me that feeling dates back to the POTJ days when WalMart had the Masters of the Dark Side 2-pack. Almost every WalMart exclusive has felt like more of a chore than at any other retailer.

Yeah. I saw Jayson share that IG photo of someone who found the Mimban Stormtrooper about 30 miles away from me. But Brickseek isn't showing those in stock anywhere in North Jersey that I can find.
So forget Brickseek, because I just found a bunch of Mimban Stormtroopers at my local Walmart, despite Brickseek saying that they didn’t have any in stock.

This is a growing problem. I'm hearing about all kinds of toys showing up at Walmart over on FB that you can't even search on because they don't even appear on their website. Ugh.

The same goes for Walmart.com. Not listed for sale online and no stock status for local stores.

Noticed an inventory spike for 6" figures at Walmart so I took a chance and swung by late night. Found a whole case of these guys on a shopping cart waiting to be stocked! I helped myself to two of them and enjoyed a very happy ride home. :)
I just cracked one of them open and it's a really nice figure. The dirt is awesome and the cape fits just right. Happy to have this one off the list!

Walmart.com is scalping this thing. I'm not talking about the 3rd party sellers, Walmart proper is selling for $31 and change. Call Walmart, call Hasbro. Protest. I know for a fact that Walmart is contractually not allowed to do this per their exclusives arrangement with Hasbro.

I can't even find it on their site. What's it listed under? Mimban Stormtrooper only shows up as the Figuarts figure.

The fact that their exclusives are impossible to search for is also infuriating. I somehow found this on my phone a few weeks ago. I just searched for it on my lap top for you JediJman, typing in the exact heading and it would not populate. >:(
I called Walmart on this, talked to s supervisor. They were either ignorant of their own policies or blowing smoke up my butt. They have/had palettes of product sitting in warehouses, not selling to people who want it and make it nearly impossible for those people to purchase that product. I know they're only toys, but still. Someone is responsible and someone is causing Walmart to take a financial loss, no matter how insignificant.

Picked this up at a small town Walmart over the weekend. They had 4 total and I just grabbed the one. First time I've seen it, as it doesn't appear to have hit the city yet (or scalpers got them all). Rang up at $17-something

I thought that was super cool! I just figured it is mud-colored to match the figure, similar to how the Spirit Obi-Wan was in a blue box to match his Force Spirit coloration.

The packaging choices do seem kind of random at times. I *KIND OF* understood the color of the Walgreens exclusive Force Spirit Obi-Wan Kenobi (it was kind of like the figure). But the all black packaging? The inspiration is beyond me.

Ridiculous! JTA has an article on my local Walmart (Burbank, CA) getting 60 of these last night, with a picture. There's a ton in the picture. I got there at 10am today. ALL GONE!!! The workers said 2 or 3 people bought them all last night.
I did find one in a cart somewhere, but still. That's ridiculous.

Wow. At least least your store is getting them. I haven't even seen a peg/tag for these at any midwest Walmarts
