LEGO / Re: Lego 2008

Hi! Just to throw in my 2 cents...Legos are awesome! Buy the X-wing, you will love it. For someone who enjoys collecting as much as you do...you deserve it and will not regret it. Lego's hold their value better than anything I have ever collected. Save the box, instructions and inserts and you can get your money back anytime. Sorry to be an enabler but they just are soooo much fun!

I'll always have a special place in my heart for TMNT. They have really gone the distance as far as toy lines go. NECA has a line of Turtles
that are more true to the original comics. Just thought I would post a link to BBTS if you guys haven't seen them. I hope this is ok?

I've read this on another Lego board and the concensus is it will be a Black Friday sale item for around the $50.00 mark. Target usually has several large Lego sets in their BF ad. Last year was a large castle at 1/2 price. Just a guess right now!

Other than TMNT(please), Ghostbusters has got to be the best non-star wars Kubricks ever offered. Even better than Barman Animated.
Ok, maybe not as good as Indy but he went to a couple hundred dollars as a chase in a matter of hours.

Other Collectibles / Re: New Deformed Figures from Japan

So I take it these don't talk or light up at all like the last set of super deformed figures that were available from Hasbro (mainly at K-mart)? Do they have little speaker holes in the back...like the mold might originally have been meant for a speaker?

Wow! Nice wave. It seems they are now coming with more accessories, 2 guns, 2 light sabers. I was really dissappointed in Bobba Fett coming with nothing. I would be more into the line if he had been better.

Not sure if this is the right spot for this but I saw it in Sundays paper:
    HasbroPlayRewards.com
Save $5 on $15-25
        $12 on $36-50
        $25 on $76-100
        $50 on $151 or more
Feb. 1 thru March 23... you need the store receipt but doesn't look like you need to cut the POP for all the non-openers.
