I dont know why, but i really want this set. I saw this over at RS.

Yeah I haven't been into the Star Tours figures, but I like this one.

Now this is just plain fun! I must have one!
I always figured Mickey must be a Jedi - those big ears help him focus his sense of the Force and kick some Sith butt. ;)

This really is a cool set. I am looking forward to it, and hope i am able to get one. ;D
On a side note, I hope they change Yoda's lightsaber to a green one.

On a side note, I hope they change Yoda's lightsaber to a green one.

I'd love to get that Jedi Mickey. I've been in love with my sons plush Jedi mickey since he got it in May. I'd love to be able to add him to my SW collection at some point. Any idea if this 2 pk. can be found online anywhere ?

I tried to get the Vader Mickey-no go, tried to get the 2004 Jedi Mickey plush (2004 foot tag) no go.
Was able to get the common Jedi Mickey plush. Same one as the 2004 without the foot tag I beleive. Sigh, really wanted the Vader Mickey it's insane on ebay right now.
Also, when I talked to Disney they said the 2 pack wouldn;t be avail until Fall, but not to expect until possibly around X-mas. ??

My wifey's at DL today-The store clerk at the star trader told her these are a Disneyworld excl. and you can only get them there
I wonder if there's an on line site or phone # to order them acn someone check this out??!
Cause' I'm not going to DW for it

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE! I spoke with my wifey again on the cell/she just left Star Trader at 1030 pm she says the store clerk tells her the Mickey 2 pack is only avail at DW and WILL NOT
be sold at DL!
Bummer...I wonder if we can order it through the same phone line or an online DW site?

Sorry to step on your update, I have gotten MUCH bad info from cast members at the Mouse. (annual pass holder here ;D)

This is the latest word from RS:
"Sources close to The Mouse have revealed that the Walt Disney World park will be receiving quantities of this two-pack from mid September. The incorrect lightsabre colour has been fixed but it may be that initial quantities will have Yoda with a blue blade instead of a green one."
Damn, now i have to get 2 of them. :o

Yeah, well RS has a history of being wrong.
I personally don't believe anything I hear from a stock-boy/girl or "cast member" as they like to be called. We heard the same rumors about the regular star tours figures and other things that eventually appeared at DisneyLand even though they were "DisneyWorld Exclusives."
I'll just let things run their course and it won't surprise me when they do show up in DL too...

I think I missed Disney's official announcement on that. When (and where) the heck did that happen?
I've been given completely bogus information by the Star Traders shop employees numerous times as well, as has Sharon, so I won't be panicing about this set quite yet either. If it just hits DW, then I'll live, and just have my favorite Floridian gal shoot 'em in my direction... ;)

I disagree. If that happens, it'll be just just like most every other Star Wars Disney product that originally hit DW first, and then DL a bit later. In which case, "I told you so" would very much be valid. :P

Great news! It actually hit FL first and they were telling everyone it was a FL Disney Exclusive. Glad that is not the case.

And for you variant hunters out there, the rumor is that the lightsaber on Yoda will be shifting from BLUE to GREEN, so all you MIMB guys better make sure you track down both! :-X

Yeah, Disney Delivers has been taking orders for them for at least 3 or 4 days now (Jared ordered them on Friday, I think), and DL definitely has 'em in stock now at their Star Traders shop too - all BLUE saber variants. Hadn't even heard of them hitting DW yet though. Where'd you see that Anthony? Did Karma dig some up down there or something? Sounds like Sharon hasn't popped in there quite yet...
They're just slightly larger than the average Hasbro figure, but not by much. Probably only noticeable if you compared the Disney Yoda to a Hasbro one (Disney's has a much larger noggin).

my two came in the mail this past Saturday courtesy of Matt (JediMAC) - I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this little oddity, but now that I have my opener on my desk, I'm really pretty keen on it. They did a good job with the Jedi Mickey
