I recently got my collection room re-organized, and it has been awhile since I've posted pics on JD, so I figured now might be a good time to show off. Comments and criticisms appreciated!

Thanks to the crew here at JD for the Death Star set... I have no idea whether to leave it opened or closed, so it's closed for now

Perhaps we could help you out and get this figured out? You could send me the link to your photobucket album, if you'd like. We always love to have guys show off their collections, big or small. :)

Heres the site adress, I just have no idea how to put it in. I'd appreciate the help though. http://photobucket.com/albums/f328/mister_palpatine/

Just copy and paste the bottom link below each picture, the one with the IMG tag.

Thanks a lot!!! I got the images up!!! ;D
-
Success! You got them posted, very nice.
Nothing wrong with being 14. I had about as many figures as you when I was 14, only difference is mine were all Vintage figures at that time and the Internet was only used by the Government.

Collecting while being a teenager is tough these days with all the exclusives, hard to find figures, and elusive army builders, and the fact we can't drive. It's hard, but thanks mostly to my parents, who are a big helping hand in getting me around, I have that collection.
-
Yeah, for your age, you've amassed a nice collection. Congratulations.
-
I totally dig the suspended vehicles in action poses :)
-
I've since picked up a few more vehicles, and I'm hoping to aquire this years gunship, the ROTS gunship, and the ARC-170 to complete my little Coruscant battle. I made the ships removable from the wires/rubber bands in case, you know, my inner child busts out. Hey, come on, I'm only 14. (Just don't tell anyone at my school. :P)
-
Wow... I'm older than you and my collection is about 1/3 the size of yours! You must have really nice parents.
-
yeah i'm a teen to i gotta thank my parents to ;D
-
Hey Greg, you have a very nice collection! Are those Christmas type lights around your display shelves? If so, It probably looks pretty cool during the evenings. I like all the loose wookies you have too and of course, the clones!
-
you got a pretty sweet collection here dude. and i agree with the whole hard to get some stuff cause of age. but see i COULD have had my G2 by now, and could have been driving around getting to stores earlier to get some figures BUT i never had the time to get my G1.
anyways dragging off topic. nice collection, dont stop because of what you think your friends might think. that was my mistake 3 years ago. keep collecting and see you around. :P
-
King- Those are Christmas lights on the shelves, and they do look sweet when I have only those and my leg lamp on in my bedroom.
I also like my wookiees and clones, as well. I've gotten quite a few more clones, and a few more wookiees. I've also gotten rid of some clones, but I'm cool with that.
Jango- Thanks for the kinds words. I know how you feel about the driving stuff, but you seem to have a better situation than I do. My mother won't let me take drivers education because she thinks that I'm too young. Hopefully I can take it when I'm 27. :P Anyways, good luck with your collecting and driving!
I hope to have some new pictures up soon, since I have recently found my camera.

JK, nice collection.
How did you find out?!? >:(
Seriously, though, thanks for the kind words. I'll put it this way; trading has helped me out alot this past year or so.

Nicely done with the hanging fighters and stuff... and those clones... the more the better....
But aren't you scared that if you bump against one of the racks that they will tip-over and all go's domino.... ;D/>:( surely that's no fun...

Nice pics.
I always enjoyed the oddball stuff like the cereal boxes. Everyone has a million photos of the figs (after a while they all look the same) I like to see all the different SW things people collect, and also how they are displayed.
-
Nice collection!
Keep on collecting! :) :D ;D ;)
-
Long overdue update... new pics in the first post!
-
A thing of beauty there! That last picture looks like someone is giving birth to a Rancor.
-
Looking great Greg! You've really started to build up some good sized armies. I'm always impressed to see people who have done any sort of army building with any ships/vehicles. I don't have the space or the money and really like to ee the collections of people who do. :)
