« on: April 18, 2007, 05:27 PM »There haven't been any signs of Wave 2 here yet either, so hopefully more stock is on the way everywhere. Heck, our WM hasn't even gotten any Wave 1 in, they're still full of Enboo stuff from TSC.
Exact same situation here, except I've got Greatest Battles instead of Endboo. Looking forward to this wave though.

Not sure if this made the news anywhere else, but this event looks to have inspired a bomb threat at St. Edward's U here in Austin. I'm pretty sure it's just a bunch of ******** trying to be "cool" but you can never be too sure.
As for VT, terrible, just terrible. Thoughts and prayers go out to the victims families & friends.

I hate it. Why? If they hadn't articulated the ankles, it would be soooo much better. What's the point of ankle articulation if there's no knee articulation? Hopefully 3PO isn't a bitch to stand like Bacarra and Bulq, the other two figures who have no knee articulation but strangely have ankle articulation.

Thanks for the offer. If you see any extras go ahead and pick one up if you want, but don't kill yourself looking for one. I'm not going to be upset if I miss out on this one. I'd rather spend the cash on the Tantive BP anyway.
EDIT: Nevermind, CHEWIE, I found some of these bad boys today. I'll post some thoughts later after I've opened it.

Has anyone else NOT seen this set? I've been looking around on endcaps and in all aisles of the toy department but all I've found are the Vader coin albums and the Unleashed figures. This BP still appears to be MIA around here.

From what I've seen on the RS Photo Archive, it looks like the figure was designed to fall apart like that...

I'd love to get the weapons from this set but there's no way I'm buying this. Had they used superior sculpts I would consider it. HAlf of these molds need to be buried in New Mexico alongside those old Atari ET games.

Now this I like. I never really liked the POTF2 one, it seemed too big and clunky IMO. This new one looks to be smaller and accurately colored. I'll have to pick one up.

Since your target release date is 2008 I assume you're going to shoot the entire series at one time and then release it piece by piece, ala LOTR films? That's actually a good strategy, I think everyone else who makes photonovels uses the "shoot as you go" route. But I wish you the best, and as CHEWIE said, these things are extremely hard to make.
