K-Mart is running a B2G1Free sale on ALL Star Wars toys...  Battlepacks, vehicles, deluxe, figures...

This is actually an insanely good deal.  My KM's are selling out of a pretty decent stock fast.  Stores that had 15 to 20 figures are down to nada already.  Just a heads up.

A fair bit better than Target's laughable sale, especially with all the Wave 8 and 9 Vinty sightings at KM too.

Suppose I should finally get one. Nah...they'll be at Marshalls next year for $10... ;)

TIE BOMBER is $17.

Stopped by KM tonight and picked up 3 Revenge card figures I didn't have yet just for the cards ultimately, and fodder parts I guess.

"Google Offers" is doing a Groupon type deal today where if you spend $10 you get a $20 voucher to TRU.com.  It can be used online only - not in stores; however, you can buy an "e-giftcard" online for that can be used in stores instantly after receiving the "Google Offer".

I just got mine - limit one per account - and I just purchased the e-giftcard with it

Just thought I'd throw this out there, but Hobbystockcn.com put out a new figure that some found difficult obtaining...  Mostly due to the price of a set that kind of blows if all you wanted was this unique deco!

Battlefront II GNK "Gonk Droid"

For $4.99 a pop, you can get a few for your dioramas, background droid filler, or whatnot.  Not a bad deal, especially with some of the other good figures available for sale to spread out shipping a bit.  If you make a purchase, let 'em know you heard about it here at JD!

I can't speak for you guys but my Target has nothing of real interest...  attack shuttle, but not a lot else there really makes me want it even for a low price.  Unless they clearance vintage and for some reason get in scads of good figures...  my store hasn't had anything since the pegs got cleared though.  Sadly that's completely true too.  They just aren't stocking anything.

My Targets are the same as Jesse's, literally nothing restocked since the reset in July when they got Wave 7. I've seen Wave 8 at a single store that recently finished a renovation but other than that its been a lot of ROTS Anakins and empty pegs

I didn't want to make a new thread or anything, but I just read in the newspaper that K-Mart/Sears is planning to close 100-120 stores due to poor holiday sales.

Shame...I'll miss stopping at Kmart once or twice a year to scoop up clearance goodies.  Oh well.

Does this mean no K-Mart exclusives for next year? Dang.

None of the K-Marts around here made any effort to restock with new toys before X-Mas, so this doesn't surprise me. I think the last CW wave they got was the one with Oddball.  ::)

I don't have any KMarts here anyway, but I go down to Virginia once a year and there are a pair there who are usually ripe with star wars pickins.

Oh well.  Survival of the fittest.

I've done well at K-Mart in the past, but the chain did not particularly help themselves this year. I bought some stocking stuffers a couple weeks before Christmas, but only out of mere charity as the freaking lines were ridiculous. The stores are constantly understaffed and understocked yet oddly overpriced. $9.19 for a Clone Wars figure? $29.99 for a vehicle or battlepack? And they sit. The saving grace in 2009 and '10 were buy-one, get-one free sales the shortened week before Black Friday. I cleaned up on those. Of the six K-Marts in my area, I could seriously see five closing, which pretty much matches the percentage of that report.

I checked walmart today. They have CW figures for $3.60. The only problem is they only have Ki-Adi-Mundi and Dooku. Most everything is half off except the $29 lightsabers and vintage figures which they have none of.

Target has hidden their TaunTauns and landspeeders. Couldn't find them. Figures are not reduced in price but there isn't much left anyway.
