Boy, it's really been a pretty good while for me.  I guess now that we're in the DVD (and cable TV) age, I don't hardly bother tossing in the old VHS tapes of the OT.  I got those Malaysian bootleg DVDs of the OT way back when they first came out, but I've long since misplaced them and don't think I ever even had a chance to actually watch them.  I think I only watched my TPM and AOTC DVDs once when I first got them both respectively.

So really it boils down to watching the stuff on cable TV.  That would be a whole lot for AOTC lately, even though I don't care much for the movie.  I've caught bits and pieces of ANH from time to time over the years as well.  But now that I think of it, man, I'm really way overdue for watching the OT in it's entirety.  I'm still sorting through the catastrophic hobby room, but I know my bootleg DVDs are in there somewhere, so hopefully I can dig them up and take a gander at them after all this time.  Should be fun!  It's definitely been WAY too long...

I didn't even make it to Tatooine to continue the festivities, but woke up pissed that I broke my word about not watching anything until September.

I watch The OT more than twice each week...in all seriousness.

I enjoy Return of The Jedi the most, since it has such a great space battle, and not to mention lightsaber duel.

Scott's LOTR thread just kind of reminded me of this.  Have any of you watched any of the movies lately, OT or PT?  How often do you pop them in the player?  I actually had some time off around Christmas last year, so I watched Revenge of the Sith through Return of the Jedi.  I didn't have time for all six, and wasn't really in the mood for TPM or AOTC at the time anyways.  To be honest, I'm always in the mood to watch one of the OT movies....so I will pop in one from time to time (most often ESB I think).  There are some movies that I just never really tire of, and can watch about every week if they're on TV or we don't have anything else to watch really:

Star Wars OT
LOTR Trilogy
Indiana Jones (Raiders or Last Crusade are favorites)
The Goonies
Spider-Man or Spidey 2 (usually 2)
X-Men (they've been on FX a lot lately)

Anyways...slightly off topic, but when's the last time you've watched a Star Wars movie, which one(s) did you watch?

With our son into the movies now there's one on about every other day ;D  Right now he mostly bounces back and forth between ANH and AOTC.  He wanted to watch a little of ROTS the other night before bedtime.  After we put him down we ended up watching the whole thing.   On our own we usually pop in ANH, ESB or ROTS about once a month or so.  Every once in a while we'll watch ROTJ or AOTC.

Last one I watched was the bootleg ROTS a few days before it was officially reased on DVD. I haven't watch any of them since. I think my TV viewing has gone down since I discovered X-Box around that time. :P

I watched TPM and AOTC right before ROTS

I haven't watched the OT since the SE SE DVD's came out

In honor of the 30th Anniversary, we watched Star Wars (or, a New Hope if you like) over the weekend.  We didn't quite pull off the marathon of watching all 6, but it was nice to watch the original for the anniversary.

I watched all 6 movies over the month of March this year. It had been my first time watching the OT and TPM in about 2 years, ROTS since mid-2006 and AOTC since God-knows-when. :o
