« on: October 4, 2007, 10:36 AM »The flood of new stuff in the past week or two has left me feeling more overwhelmed than probably any time in the past 12 years of modern collecting (including the Midnight Madness parties). Finding the rest of Wave 4 (McVader & CZ), all of Wave 5, all of Wave 6, eight more UGHs (already had the first three), and the last several new assortments (full of variants) of the Legends line has burned a complete and total hole in my wallet. With "needing" both carded and loose specimens, along with army builders, I'm pretty sure I've dropped over a grand on this **** in the last 10 days (I dare not add all the receipts up to verify that though). Hasbro really needs to slow their product down a bit here, and soon, or they're going to seriously burn a lot of folks out real quick at this crazy pace. Good lord.
I know how you feel, man, with the notable exception of not being either a carded collector or completist. There's so goddamn much stuff at one time it's just unbelievable. All this "Legends" stuff being dumped on us and the breaks between waves suddenly being all but gone... I'm still working on Wave 4 when I hear Hermi's out, so I scaramble get that big guy. Been waiting for him of course. Now ******* W6 is out?! Jesus.

The one in that photo is cut. I'm not cutting mine. I might be more inclined to customize if I had the patience and skill. But I'm not going to go chopping on all these things I blow so much money on. I did try the bar with an extra piece stuck between the arcs to give the bartender some room to actually move, but it's pretty wide and doesn't look that great. I may try it again when I have more shelf space to add all the bar pieces I have, for length. I'm only using 2 on each side for now.

I just barely made it in time to get McQ Vader and Starkiller. Every damned time I order from them I to have sign up with a new e-mail after losing my password from the last time. I farted around trying to get my pass resent and ended up re-registering again, just barely getting my order in. I'm so glad because I haven't been shopping in months.

That's what mine has. They're probably fine. I'm probably just looking for something to be wrong. I keep fussing over this little bit of red paint below his ear, trying get it off without scraping the plastic. I'm just ridiculous sometimes.

I got Hermi today. Would those who have him please tell me what copy is printed on which of his feet? I'm kind of wondering if they stuck the feet on the wrong legs...?
