Well, it sounds kinda pathetic, but I would want Sio Bibble, just because I never found one to open.  I have my carded one, but I sure wanted to open one of those.  Why, I don't know since there isn't much playability to him.

But at one time I would have picked Artoo-Holo Leia or Swimming Jar Jar.

When I saw the Darth Maul figure, I was hooked on the new stuff.  Man, that figure was awesome (still is).   Anyway, from then on, it was just obsessive collecting.
