A Rebelscum forum member posted some shots of the back of the box.

Looks like it confirms non-removable (but retractible) NERF cannon, single-seat cockpit, and no room for troops on bottom (thanks to the NERF).

Also, between that horrible 2-pack Poe and the paint job on Cassian here, it's sure looking like Hasbro is using a new factory for Rogue One stuff.  New factories ALWAYS mess up the eyes until they work out the kinks (I'm looking at you, Indiana Jones toyline, which used a first time factory and had horrible eye deco on wave 1/2).

Damned Nerf features.  Especially when they eat up real estate in a vehicle that could have been devoted to space for figures.

It's a little funny though.  I've been doing some work on my collection room, clearing some space so that I can put up some shelving, with the goal of displaying a lot of my collection.  And in the process I came across my CLONE WARS Y-wing.  I hadn't really done anything with that Y-wing in a while.  But in the process of moving it a few of the missiles and bombs fired off.  And I was surprised by how many action features are on that ship!  But then again, that Y-wing did have space for 2 pilots plus a droid socket.  I really would have liked to see something similar in this new U-wing.

I figured i'd be a tall order to do the troop carrier thing with this, but it's still bordering on impressive. At least the nerf feature is more discreet.

Surprised to read this is already out in Canada...maybe they are beyond the litigious grasp of the Mouse up there though.

I bet RS may get a call from the lawyers.  But this close to the line launch they have to be prepared for some leaks to occur.

It's pretty disappointing the primary aspect of the U-Wing (troop carrier) was sacrificed for the NERF thing. Definitely a play value thing for the kids but this is the first vehicle of the new movies where I was like 'I really want that!' Oh, well.

And the eyes! Hopefully that is not a widespread thing.

That little Clone Wars "mini-rig"drop ship thing deposited more troops.

I guess they mean it transports one trooper at time...he has to fly the ship himself.  No astromech to fly it back.

That figure's beard is atrocious looking.  The eyes are crooked again too.

I wasn't planning on picking this up anyway but I'm honestly shocked it took this long for NERF stuff to migrate.  I wish they'd make the guns a detachable feature ala 08 vehicles, but that kind of ingenuity seems missing from the team these days overall.

I love the design of the ship. As for the toy, I'm not bothered it's under-scaled since it's a nice representation. Yeah, it would've been cool if the nerf launcher was detachable so the compartment can double as the cargo hold. On the bright side, foam missiles reduce the risk of blinding my nephew.

When I shoot, you try to catch the nerf in your mouth, ok?

How difficult would it be to remove the nerf feature and turn it back into cargo?

Figure is held in by an elastic band? Nice flight controls... :(

Just looking at the pics Paul, not particularly "easy".  :-\

That's a lot bigger than I'd imagined it to be though.  Still not buying one, but I see where the cost came into play.
