Custom Buzz Lightyear?

hey, what do you think....
I have a son that is almost 2 years old, his world revolves around the 3 B's right now. Buzz Lightyear, Bob (the builder) and Blue (little blue dog from Blues Clues)

I have been thinking about making him a custom star wars Buzz Lightyear, I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or can help with a recipe. Also if anyone has the EU concept speederbike pilot, I am looking for a couple...

I don't know of any specific SW figure you could use as a base, but you may wanna try using the GI Joe figure Deep Six as a base for Buzz.  Here's a link for a description of Deep Six....
