If it's during the summer, I work in my flower gardens to reduce stress.  Otherwards, it's usually a hot bubblebath and some relaxing music.

Showers do work, hot ones too!! Actually cold showers arent that bad either but hot ones sooth the stress. ;)

I drink. Guinness, Sam Adams, Bacardi Razz w/ Sprite, Jack & Coke.

I pick on the handicapped. Kidding.

I keep a journal on my computer of what I did during the day, just for the hell of it.

I watch a Star Wars movie, because it takes me out of this world for a couple hours.

Swim, or sit in a hot tub.

Call Amy, she takes a load off my mind sometimes.
