great point tamidala.  i really feel that padme was kind of given the shaft in rots.  she was built up to be a strong female character through tpm & aotc balls to the walls kind of girl, but it seems that once she got pregnant she became this very weak character with no real personality at all.  she was not even the same person to me.  but this is supposed to be a discussion about vader's death and it would seem to be a number of things: lightning bolts pretty much straight to the head might make you go a little numb.  lightning shorting out the numerous things that keep anakin "normal."  i've started reading some of the new book i think it's called the rise of vader, and it goes into a pretty good description of what makes vader run.  also with the probable short in his breather anankin can breath for a short while on his own and that in itself probably wore him out physically.  although if you really think about it i think that the whole losing the will to live thing is better suited to anakin, finally realizing how wrong he was and how much it's cost him and how much guilt he must have carried in the few short moments he had left.  if i were him and came to that realization i pretty sure i wouldn't want to live another second either.

shaak ti awesome. no really that's really really cool.  i've started on making a female jedi general in armor and i think i'm gonna have to steal that idea of shortening the skirt i hadn't thought of that it looks really good.  trisek i don't know about the white "nostrils" if that's what they are.  though if you used a darker color you'd probably not even see it.  marliss the left forearm looks a little long or maybe it's just the angle.  but good looking figure.  are those palps hands or padmes?  i like the scientists a lot.  i don't know what species maul is but i wondered what they'd look like besides black & red.  judiss is cool are those tusken hands?  does he wind up betraying somebody in the story?  just thought you might be going for a judas/judiss kind of thing.  the labor droid i think is my favorite droid i've seen thus far.  anakin is looking really good, though i'm not a big fan of soft goods,  i like the addition of the rots hand makes for a good progression.  hope you're feeling better.

i agree with you anton we have know real point of reference for what the jedi were at their high point.  the only thing we have to go on is a couple of lines from the movies.  i.e. not being able to sense the clone army being created or that the sith were returning in a big way.

wow just wow, so many i don't even know where to start.  i think the combo of the little accessories, wheather it be an apron or a pouch full of tools, and your paint apps really make these customs stand out.  i'll comment more later on some of the individual pieces later.  i also like how you blend in other toy lines in with your star wars stuff.  while some of your stuff, and don't take this the wrong way, it's still good just that when i see the old POTF2 and any POTF2 custom or original store bought figure it almost makes me shudder.  i can't believe when we look back at '95 how most of us went crazy for that stuff. 

i really like the color scheme on your clones much better than what ilm did with gree and company in my opinion.  more comments to come.

so freaking jealous of the sd bridge it's awesome, just awesome.  but not bash owen's work but if he were to complete the other half of the main part of the bridge it wouldn't be centered right because the main walkway should lead right into the comm. section but from the pic it doesn't look like it would.  maybe it's just me after all you have it right in front of you and i'm sure owen did his research into how it's designed.  awesome crowd.  wish i could get my hands on some chewie originals too.
