Mike didn't go as far as I know.  I don't think any of the Pitt guys did this time which was kind of surprising.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Met any other SW forum members?

I was at the booth last weekend.  I was there for my shifts on Friday from 4:30 - 7 and Saturday from 2:30 - 7.  Plus I stopped by other times to drop things off.

I know I met a couple guys that said they were from PA but JediMac was the only one tht introduced himself from JD.com.

And it doesn't look like I'm going to the Social, Jesse.  I would love to but with gas up and the amount of money I spent at CIV and Wizard World coming up in a couple weeks something had to go.  This year it was the Social.

Sorry, the Kiera fantasy dies with me with her recent admission that she doesn't shower enough and has a temper that includes throwing dishes/glasses.

Those 'qualities' are downers... :-[

Beautiful and mentally unstable?  My perfect woman.

I think that future Peter left the scar to remind him of something.  His failure to kill Sylar, the fact he blew up NY...something.

I was surprised about Linderman but not DL or any of the others that got capped last night.  Ted should have known what was coming and gone nuclear on Sylar, it's not like he couldn't have melted his way out of restraints to defend himself.

With him deak that really only leaves Hiro and Peter that have the ability to kill Sylar.  Claire could assist by delivering Mohinders virus to shut him down, maybe, but I don't think she could kill him.  I'm guessing that someone is going to explode next week and that's going to be the ending we have to think about for the summer.

And as much as I love this show, that's just going to piss me off.   :P

They just did a Cobra Mortal in the 2006 GI Joe Convention set, "Cobra's Most Wanted: Mercenaries."

Think they'd do a new one, even updated, so soon?

We spent about a half hour at work today comparing Locke and Shepherd photos to the clip that was posted!  I think it looks like Jack's father as well.  Very interesting.

I saw that today.  If I wasn't saving for CIV I might be tempted by that set.

I wish the major heroes that we know about all knew about each other.  Peter has the perfect opportunity to kill Sylar. He absorbs Molly's and Ted's powers.  Thinks of where Sylar is, flys there, turns invisible to sneak up on him, uses Hiro's power to freeze time and then Ted's to vaporize him.  Problem solved.

He'd also have Parkman's power to read his mind to get a jump on him and Claire's power to heal so he can battle with him if he has to.  I think it's interesting, though, that Peter and Sylar are probably the two most powerful people we've met so far because Sylar is so bat-**** insane and Peter is kind of timid (although not as bad as Hiro at this point).

I got the pieces to the Stargate that you sent me.  Thanks again.  I'm waiting on the Carter piece now and when that gets here I'll have to make a base to hold it and a ramp.

There are 3 episodes left.  It's actually a 23 episode season and last night was chapter 20.

I loved the show, but I'm getting to hate time travel movies in my old age.  Too many bad Star Trek Temporal Mechanics episodes I guess.

I found it to be really interesting that in that timeline Mohinder, Parkman and the Haitian were all working for "Nathan" against the other heroes (can we just call them mutants yet?  ;D ).  I could see Parkman becoming jaded but it seemed like a lot of things were going against what Mohinder believed in.

Anyway, Time Warner cable was having some issues last night and I missed a minute or so of Hiro talking to himself at Isaac's apartment so I might have missed this.  But I thought that the future Hiro believed he had killed Sylar but didn't stop the bomb.  So, in his timeline did he kill Nathan, thinking it was Sylar, and that allowed Sylar to use Candice's power to imitate Nathan?

Not knowing exactly what all powers Sylar has accumulated, my thought on killing him would be to get Peter to sneak up on him, freeze time and incinerate him with Ted's powers.  Having Hiro decapitate him would also rate high on the list...followed by the incineration cause he needs to burn.

Much thanks for the gate pieces!  I'll keep a lookout for the new SW figures but I haven't seen anything beyond wave 1 here yet.

You could always put gates around your house and then randomly populate them with SG teams, see if anyone notices.
