Well it only took a year, but I just got a shipping notice for my clean Beskar Mando from Pulse.

Ha… so weird.  Pulse was the only place I was able to get an order in at… not sure why it took so long.

This is production run number two for Mando, so they must not have been able to fill your order from run #1.  Pulse seems to be doing that lately - taking pre-orders they know they can't fill with production allotment #1 but then filling the pre-order when run #2 hits.

Do we know if the new $16.99 Mando in Beskar armor that Pulse is taking preorders for is identical to the one from this wave?   The photos look the same to me, but I'm never really sure unless one of you heard Hasbro say it.

Yeah, it’s a reissue.  I was kind of surprised that Hasbro didn’t have an updated Din Djarin in the works with the Darksaber before the new season began.  But it makes sense for them to have him available for now.

I’m glad they didn’t.  We don’t need microscopic changes to figures to encourage idiots like me to buy them twice. Besides, no one would buy the Rescue Set if you could get the spear with a single carded Mando.

Ha! Fair enough. I do hate firewalled accessories though, especially where I'd love to have that spear in a couple scenes.

I’d definitely like to get the Beskar spear in an offering beyond the Rescue Set.  But I want it either with a new Din Djarin, or maybe with a Morgan Elsbeth figure.  We’ve got this amazing Ahsoka Tano (Corvus), but no HK droids, the Calodan guards or Morgan Elsbeth for Ahsoka to interact/duel with.
