tracy - I started to edit and fix for you, but then realized ....I can't do that here!

Click the little globe on the quick tags when you post -  you'll get a string of code that looks like this url=http://www.yoururl.com]URLName[/url only with opening and closing brackets too.

Paste in your url right after url=, overwriting the "yoururl.com".  Then, after the closing bracket where it says URLName, overwrite that with whatever you want the pointer text to say.

Hope that makes some sense.
