This one is a real high priced figure.

Well it looks like its a go & pre-production has started. Looks like its based on the 1999 videogame & the Dark Horse comic book series.

They say "we don't know if these are 100% genuine or not as we can't check the source of the pics, but they look great".

If these are promotion shots for the movie, then it looks like it will be an awesome flick. We will have to keep an eye out over the months on this flick.

Star Wars Action Figures / Bantha5's Vlix's Awesome!

I just received my new Vlix from a fantastic customiser Bantha5 (Ryan) from RS.
The Vlix on the left is a hand made custom that I got from him last year.
Now the Vlix on the right is custom cast from an original Vlix figure. It is much larger & heavier than the one on the left. This figure is so Awesome. The head, arms & legs move & even has the Copyright on the back leg. Ryan even marked the bottom of the feet so that it can not be passed of as an original. It is numbered & marked Repro. Even the paint is Awesome.

I am so happy to add this custom cast piece to my collection as this is the closest I will ever get to an original.

Watto's Junk Yard / Today Is A Sad Day

Today, I had to take our oldest cat, Charlie of just over 18 yrs to the vet & let her go to Kitty Land.
She had lost 20 pounds & was getting sicker. A very sad day for us.

We will miss her.

Digging through my storage boxes, I found this book.
From Star Wars to Indiana Jones. The Best of the Lucasfilm Archives by Mark Cotta Vaz and Shinji Hata. 1994.

This soft cover book is packed with 208 pages of full-color production photos, concept drawings, models, mockups, props, costumes etc... all from the Lucasfilm archives.

The pictures are just Awesome.

Anyone else have this book in there collection?
