Me too. This kills me though. I'm getting my wave 6 order from NF now but I'm still waiting on wave 4 revision cases and wave 5 from EE. Lesson learned.

Now just watch, there won't be anything on the shelves around Christmas and it'll be a sellers market on ebay. Watch this be the year to see the most ridiculous price on a current star wars figure in years on the bay.

Man, I can't believe some of you are so obsessed with this ****.  It's a toy that retails for $7 and was not intended to be the Bespin Han to end all Bespin Hans.

It's a fantastic toy - if you want authenticity, go buy a $400 SS statue.

That's pretty much my feeling about it. I'd have been happy if they'd just kept making figures the old school kenner way. I feel we're just lucky that toy makers found a way to give us a better quality toy then they could afford to 25 years ago. Now if they could just make it cheaper. Sure there's the occasional sloppy paint ap, poorly designed joint/articulation or just bad sculpt but I think sometimes we take it to far considering it's just a toy that's meant to be played with. If I want something with more detail I don't go looking for a figure in the toy aisle but a unleashed style or high end statue. I pretty much have no problems with any of the figures I've picked up since 2005. If it's been a horrible figure I've just not bought it.

Other Toy Lines / Re: Does Anyone Remember "Gobots"?

I didn't have many gobots. I had one of the super gobots that turned into a porsche but that was about it. I had generic gobots which was odd. You'd figure I'd have the real ones considering they were usually the same price. I believe it would be hard to really pin down which came first. I remember getting transformers in non-transformers branded packaging about a year or two before transformers hit. I don't have any more of those now but they were all made by Takara and were repainted and released later in the actual Transformers line. Just cars though. I also remember we used to have a toy store around here that used to stock nothing but Japanese robot toy's. They had various Voltron and other Japanese robots in the actual japanese packaging, nothing with any US labeling, and that was all the store sold. It was one of the coolest stores back in the day, I just wish it was still around.

Well, there goes my '08 Star Wars budget. Just put in my preorder for this. This was just way too cool for me to pass up.

D&S? I'm not familiar with them. Are they a solid resource? What's the URL if you don't mind?

I've been ordering everything online since wave 3. The only problem is that Entertainment Earth has yet to fill any of my preorders and New Force has already shipped all of their preorders for the same waves. I'm not even sure I'm going to get my wave 4 revision cases and wave 5 case from EE. At least I preordered the remaining waves through New Force. Hopefully they can come through. The only thing I've seen at retail are the ROJ Luke and CZ-4 as far as new waves go. That was just yesterday. It's just easier to think that the shipping charge is less than all the gas I'm going to blow through trying to hunt these down.

So I got my Obi/Yoda two pack the other day but no sign of the R2-KT which was supposed to have shipped around the same time. Anyone else order the R2-KT and are still waiting on it? Just curious.

New Force always seems to have this stuff first somehow. I've pretty much stopped ordering any cases from EE and have placed all future orders with New Force. I'm just tired of wasting gas and since most cases are packed 1 per it just makes sense to preorder them if you're getting the entire wave. The way I see it EE will be shipping the wave 4 revision cases by the time NF starts shipping wave 7.  :P

I went looking for this at retail over the weekend hopeing I could find it but all I could find was the Tie Interceptor. I can't believe the interceptor is $6 more. I ended up getting the lego hoth rebel base set instead since it was the last one they had.

I'm holding out, I thought the x-wing, big wing tie and AT-AT would be done deals by now but I still see those at retail. Hopefully these will show up in volume at some point and I won't have to worry about careless packaging in shipping. I'm not exactly a sealed collector but I keep boxes and I like them to be in good shape.

I'm still showing partially shipped. I didn't mess with any discount codes because of the Luke fiasco. I wonder if Hasbro over sold these and are scrambling to figure out how to handle it.

So I came across this the other day in my pursuit of an Eternia set.

Yeah, I may want an eternia set...but I don't want one that bad.

Well, they apparently got the issue fixed and my R2-KT should ship soon. However, now my obi/yoda is on backorder. I'm going to be really mad if they short me on this figure because of their technical issues.

Hasbro's customer service does lack doesn't it? I'm hopeing that whatever glitch they have going on that caused the expiration date issue is resolved and I get my figs. They should be happy that anyone is even ordering their products right now with all the uproar over the China issue. Now if EE would just ship my wave 4 UGH cases I'd be happy.

So it seems HTS is starting to process backorders for the obi/yoda and R2-KT. Be warned, both of my orders had the charge declined and when I called my bank about it they say it's because hasbro is inverting the year and month of the expiration so they are flagging it as a fraudulent charge. When I call Hasbro they say they have it correct so who know's if I'll get these but I wanted to mention that incase anyone else encounters the same issue.
