Got the 24 basic, unleashed, force battlers, and deluxe today.
A little note, a local Kmart will be putting them out later tonight hint hint Jesse? listening? ;^)

Again like I said as RS, congrats on your early score... think there will be well more than 24 figures out though, and today is 3/11, not quite April yet. ;)

Wow, big congrats on the score there. Not only with 24 of the first (40?) figures, but lots of other stuff as well. First I've seen of someone picking up the new Unleashed, I'm really looking forward to those. Thanks for sharing some nice pics as well, enjoy all the early goodness ;).

It feels good to have some figures early, doesn't it? :) I managed to find most of the first group today. They are some of the best Star Wars figures ever, at least in the packaging. I haven't opened any yet. If they fall apart, my attitude will quickly change.

Well, you were right Bob. Tons of figures out on pegs at that KM.
At $8 I passed on most, buying only Agen Kolar...
I'm gonna say the ROTS line's probably going to rival the Cantina Wave at the tail end of OTC in quality. Pretty good, not perfect, but a huge step ahead of AOTC's debut line. Collection 1 will definitely suffer just on the ones I looked at, but still some aren't bad. Mace looks worse than I'd hoped though. Still, not horrible, just worse. :-\
Definite lack of Clones at the KM, which implies to me perhaps they were raided prior. I dunno.

I'm sure the clones will be the tougher ones. (army builders always are) clones are just sooo darn popular.

I can't see from the photos, but did you happen to find the Deluxe Palpatine, or was he not in the assortment?

No, the only 2 I didn't seem to get were the blue Royal Guard and Palpatine deluxe.
The blue guard may be a 50/50 split between him and the red guard??? the case I had only had the Red guard.

I'm confused when you say you got "all the basic figures" when you say you only got 24 of them. Aren't there going to be 40 out right off the bat?

Nobody knows for sure that there will be 40.
I'm guessing he got hooked up by someone at K-Mart and got everything that K-Mart had...
Maybe it will only be 24?
Although I've already got figures 29, 31, and 32...
Who knows...

Yeah - the theory goes that some of the later waves shipped ahead of time and were often put on the shelves because they didn't say "after April 02" on them...
Who the hell knows - the silence from Hasbro on this is deafening. I need to figure out how much I need to set aside...

He's probably saying he got the 24 that was initiqlly rumoured to be released on 4-2. I got lucky today and got 1-24 and my buddy in Cali sent me 25 and 26.

We had our PSWCS west meeting today and everyone seemed to be getting the figs basic and deluxe, unleashed, foprce battlers, etc.
multiple Kmarts in my area have stocked the shelves as of last night. I'm just happy no one had to pay more than retail to get these early. (even thought the K tends to be more $ than the other stores)

Went by Kmart tonight and found a few myself... really love the 3PO and Shaak Ti.

Shaak Ti looked like a really awesome figure. The Padme was really disappointing. Future custom material.
