I just found out that the Wiggles will be here in Dallas at Nokia Live on Saturday AND Sunday.

It's probably sold out already.  Last year it sold out the first day tickets went on sale- and they had 3 or 4 days of tickets.
You are starting to damage my calm.

I'd be happy to hear that it was sold out - it would save me the agony of trying to decide if I should go or not.

And no, I don't have any kids.

This is definitely one of those things I'd never in a million years thought I would ever be doing.  The kids just dig them though.

I'll admit, the Wiggles are okay.

They do have some catchy tunes - hot potato, hot potato   8).

If my son gets a kick out of it, then it's alright in my book.  Especially if it's clean wholesome fun.

And on that note - Thomas the Tank Engine is a great show and one of my secret guilty pleasures....only because junior gets such a kick out of watching the different trains run around Sodor!   :D

I'm much more a fan of Thomas as well.  The stories are a hoot as are hearing George Carlin, Alec Baldwin and Ringo Starr narrate them

Yikes!  You have a handful on your hands!   ;)

Cute kids regardless - I'm sure they keep you busy.   ;D

The girl isn't mine :P  But the other two I'll claim.  They are a handful, nonetheless :)

Well, the Wiggles finally came to Charlotte.  My son, who will turn 5 next week, was a big fan, but out grew them a couple of years ago.  When he heard they were coming he got really excited and wanted to go.  We tried to talk him down and reminded him that he wasn't really into them anymore -- nothing doing -- he was beside himself.  So -- we bought two tickets -- one for him and one for grandma ;D.  The show was Friday night at 7:30 -- pretty bad timing for little ones -- in Uptown Charlotte at Bobcats Arena.  Charlotte is notorious for its lack of parking.  They just built this gorgeous new arena smack in the middle of the city -- with no extra parking for it -- they leave that up to you.   Justin was already over it by the time they got to their seats.  My mother-in-law was so excited at the prospect of seeing the Wiggles -- you would have thought it was the 2nd coming of Elvis.  About 15 minutes into the show Justins says "Let's go -- I am way too old for this".

2 Wiggles tickets:  $80.00
Parking:  $20.00
2 sodas and 1 popcorn:  $12.00
Wiggles concert T-shirt:  $18.00
Having Grandma take him to the Wiggles:   Priceless

my little girl loves the doodlebops.  if they come to dallas i am sure i will be there.  i like them alot better than the wiggles.  at least they are supposed to be clowns or aliens or something.  the wiggles are just strange middleaged men who waggle their fingers alot.

Poor Grandma.

I wonder what she thought after he said that..."We're going to be in for a long night!"
