I have this item from the Bad Taste Bears line. I am not sure if this is appropriate or not but I will post it anyways. This little guy is called Darth Vibe.

The image is about actual size.

The finish is the same type of finish as the chrome Vader / Jango Gentle Giant busts. The "saber" glows in the dark.

I ordered my clone bust. Other than that, nothing really there. I hope they offer other excluisve items later on. Prices are average to other sites. :( I was hoping for a much cheaper rate.

A nice thing for collectors.

DUDE! These things are neat. I have the first sets that came out.

If and when these come out I will be getting them. Childish as they may be, they are fun.

Wrong description.
This saber is a custom made job.

It is about time Madine was made. I cannot wait to find these figures.
Han is alright. Lando looks cool too. Of course I need to find the past Yavin wave and now the Star Destroyer wave before these. Yikes! Hasbro is putting out the new figs way too fast. Can't keep up.

As a kid I had lots of Star Wars toys with my two older brothers. Then we grew out of it.
Then in 1995 my mother got me the mail away Han Solo Stormtrooper. I was hooked ever since. :)

Hey thanks! I had a good day today. While on Friday and Saturday I celebrated, today I had a day working on my projects. I finished my re-creations of the Imperial "Biker" Scout Trooper Blaster and my Sporting Blaster. You can see them on my site www.djsyczylo.net

As for B-Day gifts my parents got me the Master Replica Anakin Skywalker lightsaber. A cool gift. I also got a gift cert, money, a CD, and the new Imp. Tie Pilot Figure. Now if I can only find the rest of that wave.

Thanks!

How come all the people that I look up to turn out to be twisted and evil?

No seriously. I do not care what she did. People do stupid things in GREED. She got caught and now she has to pay.

Other Collectibles / M.R. Anakin Skywalker Lightsaber
« on: March 6, 2004, 06:12 PM »
Well this afternoon I had a family get together for my 26th birthday which is tomorrow (3/7/78).
I received some items for my birthday but my most favorite is what my parents got me without me even knowing they ordered it. My parents got me the Master Replica LE Anakin Skywalker lightsaber from Episode 2.
...and they complain that I have too much Star Wars stuff.

It is a heavy piece. Heavier than the previous MR lightsabers. The size is also much smaller in diameter than I remember much like the Count Dooku saber. But when I think about the saber on display at C2 yeah it is accurate in size.

The grips on the hilt of the saber are made of rubber so they are a bit soft. Not like the plastic grips used on the other sabers. That is my only concern of this saber.

Also I noticed that the saber shown in the E2 Visual Dictionary is WRONG. The image in the book is mirror imaged so the little LEDS are on the wrong side of the saber. So if anyone recreated this saber using the image in the Visual Dictionary their saber is wrong.

Anyways. The saber is nice. It looks good in my saber case. Yes I pack the display cases that come with the sabers away. I now have all the main character lightsabers plus a Lego Saber replica.  Take a look.

I think I have all the lightsabers that I want from Star Wars unless there is a new one used in E3 by a main character that has not been seen yet.  :-X  Then if it is availabe I will get that one. As far as I am concerned the lightsabers for Obi-Wan and Anakin in E3 are the same as the ones used in E4+ just with a different belt attachment. They are basically the same sabers so I will not go for those.

So does anyone else have this saber? What do you think?

It has been confirmed that we will NOT see Jabba or any type of cantina in E3.
I have heard that there is a Star Destroyer Bridge and Death Star type Meeting room with round table as seen in E4.

Just what Nataku said! But I am in Indy, IN.

The stocker told me why I could not find them on the shelf. He said ALL Target stores are getting ready for a Spring Toy Reset. According to him the Star Wars section will be about double the space. I hope that means we will see spots for OTC stuff and more.

Wave 2 of the Tumblers with Figure are due out in Late March according to Target. Not sure if it will be two new sets or one new one with a repack.

I have to say that these sets are worth picking up. They are cool!

I went ahead and bought this prop. I gave up on  making my own.
It is very nice, I am amazed on the size. Musch smaller than I thought.  I like the lights and sounds. I would recomend this item.

Now that I have this prop. I am amazed how off I was on the version I was trying to create. My version was about 3/4" larger.

Anyways it is a nice piece.
