Looking forward to the return of the Classics style and that HA Jazz is pretty spiffy too. But yeah, kind of underwhelmed by everything else as well.

I think the giant Tytus was only released overseas near the very end of the line, and the gorilla Gy-Gor only made it to the prototype stage before the line ended.

Mo-Lar is one of 2 SDCC exclusives for this year. A cross promotion with the Robot Chicken guys, kind of a gag figure. I think it's kinda funny actually, and would pick one up if I didn't get stuck with the Skeletor with a missing tooth.

Looks pretty sweet! I'm definitely going to grab one the first time I see it.

The new 3P0 looks like he might be based on the droid factory figure. Either way i think I see elbow joints there! Pretty sweet looking stuff there, shame we didn't get a sneak peek at wave 2.

This is a pretty lame exclusive. I've seen the pic, they didn't even bother to scale Supes properly, it would have been a simple enough kitbash to use a MOTUC buck and a Hero cape to makes Supes but they're just recycling a DCUC Supes. I have a feeling this product will probably tank. Matters little to me though, as I'm fine with online purchasing anyway. Saves me the trouble of looking for these.

The Legacy Collection / Re: Beginning of the End?

Sometimes I think the end might be nigh, but at the same time, with all the rumors floating around of a theatrical re release of the films in 3D, I can't see Hasbro ignoring the opportunity. That said, if the line does end in a few years, I don't think I'll be too disappointed. We've gotten a pretty good haul of goodies over the years, and while I'd miss it, I wouldn't feel like we'd missed getting anything absolutely necessary.

While they all look very good, and I'm down for the Leia for sure, but IMO this is a very boring wave of figures. Small too, I wonder if there'll be a 5th or 6th as of yet unnanounced figure involved? I think I may pass on many of these, possibly all but Leia as I'm happy with the previous versions of these characters.

Looking forward to picking up one of these. I wonder if that loose image is the final product though, seems a little light on the deco, could use some dirt and grime or blast damage. All the snowspeeders I remember from the movie were pretty worn looking.

Not a huge fan of all the trooper repaints.

Saw that yesterday.  It's great that he's back on the market, but I find it kind of odd.

1) Why weren't these made available in Decmeber when he was first reissued?

2) Why not do it on the 15th so that people can order along with other items and save on shipping?

The last thing I want to do is jump on the Mattel bashing bandwagon, but they sure make some questionable decisions sometimes.

John

I think it's actually a smart move to hold off on reissuing Skelly till after the 15th. With Trap Jaw, battle Cat and the reissue Man At Arms on sale that day already, I think the server will be bogged down enough.

Anyone got a pic of what they look like with the swapped hoods? I'm wonderin if it's worth it to pick up an extra pair.

I had that costume, was the one I wore around the most. Bounty Hunter disguise. Cool, though I was hoping they'd put out the original Marek again since I missed all of the previous TFU releases. Nice that so far it seems to be all "new" figures though.
