Star Wars Ships and Vehicles / Droid Fighter - repaint

Ok, so besides starwars stuffs, I also build and paint gundam models.
Well I had been thinking about repainting a starwars ship and decided it was time to give one a go.
I opted for the droid fighter because I figured if I crapped it, its easily replaced.
Anyways onto the pics
Here's our subject
Here we are primed and the gaps along the front and rear filled and sanded back
Here we are with a very very close to finished piece.
Came out pretty good, I've since added some chrome paint to the front guns.
Not sure if I'm going to weather it or leave it as a fighter straight off the assembly line.
Anyway what you guys think? should I try a bigger ship?

Those turtle figures from neca are amazing
The articulation is there all over, the sculpts and paints are just awesome, to those that were thinking about these go get em, you wont be dissapointed.

That was a very good ep, brunette six was smokin!!
The idea to give the centurions reasoning was great too, be interesting to see what happens to those models that were gunned down when they are reborn.
I really wanna know what they are doing with Lee, seems a strange choice and great to see Baltar getting the weekly action.
Bring on next week.

Ok now this is probably my fav bust around, It's a big call but its a deserving bust, the way you change this guys pose is simply brilliant and was a good way to get ppl to get a second,I know I will be.
The whole thing is held together with magnets
The detail in the face is great
And the two poses work really well, I think the only thing that could have made it better would have been the outer robe, but hey its pretty dam good

Ok got my busts this afternoon
Lets start with the Admiral, great sculpt, its a perfect likeness of him and looks fantastic, paintwork on mine was top notch too, but and there generally seems to be a but, it seems for most of the aussie guys that got this so far , the lower arm is too long for the base and extends approx 2-3mm lower so it needs a stand or you have it resting on the fingers and they do look fragile.
Here's the pics, this it the long finger shot I was talking about.
