Too bad it's not a Walmart exclusive, I like their prices much better...

I know I got their exclusive Obi Wan and Bail w/ babies figures for $4.77 each, but Target charges 12.99!!  I am definitely not buying this from Target they can go to hell.

Oh dear God what are the Cavaliers doing losing to the Hawks?!  Yeah Zydrunas was out but there's no excuse for the Cavs' play lately, they really got knocked down a peg in my book.  I say bench Snow and move LeBron to point and grab Artest while you can and put him at SF!!

Reggie Bush IS out of reach for them.  The Texans are clearly losing games on purpose (a shanked 31 yard field goal?  Come on...) in an effort to get Reggie Bush.  Even the Houston media is ripping the team for throwing games from what I hear.

What would be really interesting, is to see if the Packers would go after Matt Leinart if they end up drafting high enough.  Then they could try to trade Aaron Rogers for a second or third rounder and build around Leinart.

I don't think it's fair to say the Texans are throwing games by citing a missed 31 yard field goal - you can figure that extra point attempts are missed all the time at about the same distance.  Besides Domanick Davis has been going crazy lately for that team and Andre Johnson has come back from a leg injury I think and he has been playing well.  Reggie Bush wouldn't really fit in too well with the Texans - if you ask me Domanick Davis and his backup (John something?) are pretty good, but David Carr is much more likely to be replaced at QB with say a Leinert than Davis would be at RB.

Whoooo we got some hot Ron Artest for Peja Stojakovic rumors floating!  Artest says he wants to be traded and thinks that the Knicks would be a perfect fit for him.  Um, yeah, Larry Brown would probably put up with about 4 minutes of his bs before sticking him on the bench.

Artest does this almost every year, last year he needed a vacation and said he wanted to retire to work on his rap cd.

Buy: Veers, AT-AT Driver, Droids 2-Pack (I'm a sucker for background droids)

Maybe: Snowtrooper

Pass: Vader, R2, Derlin, Rieeken

Buy:

Veers x 2
AT-AT Driver x 2-4
Droids 2-pack x 1
Snowtrooper x 5-10 (can you really ever have enough?)
Derlin x 1 (possibly more should I ever learn to customize, might be a decent base for Hoth troops)

Pass:

Riekken
Vader
R2

I think it's safe to say that Hank Blalock is in the top 20 hitters in baseball, near the bottom of that list.  What really surprises me here is that the Rangers really did an AMAZING young infield with Teixeira, Soriano, Young, and Blalock and decent pop in the outfield.  These guys do not make a lot of money relatively, and if you look at some of the pitchers who traded teams this offseason like Burnett and Beckett, I really think the Rangers should have tried to go for it now instead of unloading Soriano and trying to get rid of Blalock.

So yeah, it surprises me to see the Twins possibly getting Blalock.

I found these packed in long black display boxes with royal guards, tarkis, 3P0, and dooku.  Some of the guards were red, but most were blue.

I've been finding this one at Target lately several times, and found a single one at WalMart once.

Whoa - what a wonderful thread this is.  What is the name of the last girl Rob posted who others said was too hairy and foul mouthed?  I'd post her picture but don't know how yet.  But yeah she really is weirdly hot.

I was thinking that Juan Pierre was going to the Yankees with Bernie Goes Boom checking out and all, but I guess now George is going to have to open his wallet and hand Johnny Damon a hefty stack of cash and one of his expendable testicles to come play for the Yanks.

I found the 2nd version of the clone set this morning at Walmart.  2 things I really don't like are the blood all over the EII and EIII clones, and the fact that the EIII clone is EU - would have preferred a movie EIII clone.

Other than that, nice set, but not as good as the first version.

Whatever you do, don't use rubber bands!  At first, I thought this was cool, as the heat kicked on, the ships kind of bouyed up and down and made it look like it was flying.  I had 2 X-Wings converging on a TIE.  And then, well, the heat dried the rubber bands out slowly.  One night, BAM!!  I jumped out of bed and turned on the lights, let's just say the X-Wing that came down was in more pieces than it originally was in when I unpacked it from the Hasbro box.  I checked the other ships right there, rubber bands were all dry and ready to export their ships to the same fiery fate on my bedroom floor.

Use fishing line  :-\

The chewbacca figure is great, I wouldn't change anything.  Luke and R2 are not so hot, R2 is pretty standard I guess, but the Luke is just flat out bad.  The Leia looks great and all, but you can't really move her or pose her too well.  But still the chewbacca and leia really make this set.

I read this magazine today but that red clone commander that they said was supposed to be Bly originally now is being explained as another commander called Deviss or something.

Other than that which was annoying I liked the info on Bacara's boys and stuff.  I was kind of expecting a little more from this section of the insider though, it was pretty hyped up.
