Title: Another noob joins the fold!

Greetings JDers!

I have lurked long enough here that I thought I might as well join.
JesseVader kinda brought me here (in a circuitous way), so I have him to thank for pointing me to the forums.

I had always heard of JD and visited the main page, but never dipped in to the forums.

I'm a Darth Vader-focused collector (that's how I met JesseVader).
My interests include, but are not limited to, figure variations, bootlegs and prototypes.

I'm a member of a couple of other SW forums.
A couple are so big, they become impersonal (even with the forums) very quickly unless you are part of the "in" crowd.
A couple are so small, nobody posts anything relevant in days and you kind of lose touch.

I see a balance here of those above-listed factors, and hope to be able to contribute to this community.

I also enjoy death metal, adult beverages and romantic walks on the beach at night.

Hey Jack!  It's great to see you pop in here!  Hopefully you'll find JD to your liking and make it a place to visit regularly.  Lots of great guys and gals in here for discussion on stuff both new and old, so enjoy.

It's great to have another insane focus collector here.  ;)

Hey man, welcome aboard...  Good to see another new face.  Lots of them these days!

Anyway look around, enjoy the boards...  Find conversations and join right in.  If you've got any questions you can ask any of us at any point, or Jesse if you prefer.

That JesseVader guy is a total hoser, but welcome to JD anyway, Jaxx!  ;)  Glad to have you stop by to chat finally.  Hopefully you enjoy the friendly vibe and knowlegeable community here.  Let us know if you've got any comments, questions, or suggestions about anything - we're here to serve.  Looking forward to seeing ya' around the boards...

Hello Jaxx-

I'm not a part of the 'in' crowd here..what IS that..do we have one? I'll try not to make trouble with you since you appear well liked already. Enjoy our forums..personally, I find them the most refreshing of any SW site out there. I personally don't try to taint them too much though... :-\.
Vader collector? Did you get the UGH vader for this year? I have an extra if in need.......
