Okay. I couldn't resist and picked up 4 more tanks, so I'm up to 8. Sad part is, it's going to be tougher and probably more expensive to find the pilots for them now. 

You could partially avoid that problem by customizing one of them into a Rebel-captured tank. Paint a rebel insignia and maybe some stripes on it. Then you can just throw a couple fleet troopers in there.

I've been toying with the idea of doing something like that with one of my Republic gunships or AT-TE's.

I did pick these up to round out my imperial battalion, though. Still can't find a wiff of Tank, pilots. Wonder how many Tank Pilots were made vs the actual tank. The feel the tank pilot is begging for a re-release.

I picked up another Tank at that price - going to try to convert it to a hauler and see what it looks like with a mini-rig on the back part.  Or maybe rig up some type of cannon on the back and make it into more of a mobile FLAK gun type cannon (or something like an Empire version of the Clone Wars AV-7 or US M1128).

Oooh...I'm trying to decide if I want a third one. The second one is still in the box, but I could maybe try a Rebel-captured one, or do something "Mandalorian-ey" like the AT-ST.

This is going to either be rebel-captured or Mandalorian era in my collection. I have enough tankers to pilot two tanks.

When the tanker went up for PO I got what I could and I wound up finding the wave several times at retail so I was able to outfit 9 with tankers and commanders.  I want more tanks but the lack of crew will bug me.  I like the ideas expressed here though for variant tanks ala German armor.  I was fiddling around with an AT ST custom idea similarly styled.  An AA variant or missile pod one.

No sign of these here locally at 5 Below yet, but I did see they have a designated “$10 Below” section now near the front of the store, so I’m guessing that will be where these get stocked when they arrive.

I did see a whole bunch of those super cheap new cake-topper figures they had just put out and man those things are atrocious.
