Saw Hancock tonight.  I liked it.  I read some reviews and comments by people about how the last half hour or so was a disaster but I didn't think so.

There were some plot points that you could see coming based on the trailers and I'll admit that the premise behind Hancock's origins were a little out there.  But none of that ruined it for me.  Some of the action scenes were a little overdone and that's a pet peeve of mine...fast action, quick cuts, close perspective.  Everything gets mixed up and hard to follow and I really dislike that.  Hulk had the same problem, and, unfortunately, so do a lot of other movies.

It was worth springing for the matinee tonight.  Maybe the comments gave me low expectations but I'm happy with it.

Now it's time to count down to Hellboy and Batman!!

I saw Hellboy last night, and it was really fantastic.  Just heart-warming, fun, and poignant.  There were a couple over-the-top, cartoonish moments that didn't exactly work for me, and they made Jeff Tambor character a buffoon which was unfortunate.  But those few nitpicks didn't take away from a largely awesome experience.  Johann Krauss was a great addition to the team, and very well-done.

I liked the idea of the film; superhero type character that doesn't really give a **** about how he's viewed by society.  That he's not really the "hero" of the film when it starts.  I liked Jason Bateman's character.

There was plenty of humor in the film.  I don't want to give away the plot to anyone so I won't go into detail but the plot that was kind of revealed in the trailer, it's not that I didn't like it, it's just that it was revealed early on.  I'd rather have been surprised by it.

I liked the ending, the way they resolved the problems with Hancock and Mary.

Jason Bateman deserves some kind of award for world's greatest career revival.  He pops up all over the place in supporting roles and is absolutely brilliant in all of them.

He was brilliant in Arrested Development.  I think that opened a lot of doors for him.

His two cameo scenes in Smokin' Aces are funny as hell.

Finally caught The Incredible Hulk earlier today. I was very pleased, it was loads better than the Ang Lee version. Edward Norton's performance was fantastic, and Stark's cameo and the way they set up The Leader were neat as well.

I've yet to see an episode.  I really need to fix that...

I'm with you - I can't think of anything he's done that I haven't liked and he does seem to be everywhere lately.  I have developed a slight man crush on JB.  :-[

Saw Hellboy II this morning (is this a comic?) I have no idea, but it was a great popcorn flick.  Much better than the first flick and I really dug the ghost guy and I thought the baddie was awesome!  Didn't stick around to see if there was anything after the credits though.

Watched Hellboy 2 this week and it was an awsome movie. Funny and full of action, it was worth it. And last night my buddy called me to ask if I wanted to see Batman. Movie starts at 8pm today, Im looking forward to it.
