maybe you could photoshop them all together into one big, happy field of dreams.

You just be careful what you ask for.  I don't know if you'd survive the shock of seeing a 7 headed hydra bookended by Tommy Grand and Spud Webb.

I didn't mean for it to seem like I was fishing for credit if that's how it came off.  That was one of the best celebrity sightings we've had at work in my 2 and a half years.

I'd rank it like this:

Owen Wilson
Tommy Grand & Spud Webb
Troy Aikman & Roger Staubach
Harvey Weinstein (last week)
Tim Allen (didn't see him)

I'm sure there have been plenty of visits that I never knew about either...

We were supposed to have Dave Coulier and Lee Greenwood in - but unfortunately they're both dead.   :'(

I've already got his autograph

And you could have had Spud Webb's autograph too, because the two of them were in the office together working on something or other  - but I didn't think of it at the time.

Hey now, don't count me out quite yet - I've got a semi-decent chance at finishing second as well.  I'm only one point behind Jason for now...

It's dated April 1st - Sounds like an April Fool's joke that no one bothered to take down.  I'd think that if the DHS really found something illegal there, they wouldn't bother explaining themsevles or mentioning secret messages.

Then again, if it is a joke - it's not in very good taste.

Which one of us is "El Diablos"?  I'm fighting the overwhelming need to correct the spanish grammar in that team name...

I think your teams forgot they were supposed to be making up a point a day over these last 50 days.  :-*

I don't know what happened to my team, but after we started that conversation they gave me a day or two's worth of hope before crumbling off the face of the planet.... Demtira and Frolov get injured again, Belfour out for the year... McCabe never got back to the level that he was at before his extended injury... Alfresson cooled off considerably compared to how he was before the olympics...

Blah.  I'm just hoping that they can pull out enough points to get back into the top 3.

I spent about ten minutes this morning with Chris Shelton selected as 'add' to my team trying to decide who to cut.  I couldn't justify cutting any of my 'potential relievers' and I'm thin on back-up bats as it is... so I passed.

Here's hoping his hot bat is just a product of playing the Texas Rangers and he comes back to Earth next week.

June, IIRC. Right now's the big Criterion blowout. I got "Naked Lunch", "Carnival of Souls", and "Videodrome" for about $63/shipped. I may go back for DePalma's "Sisters" and the W.C. Fields shorts disc. Sale is on through 4/10.

Thanks.

They've also got about 400 titles for $5.99 - with the free shipping that's pretty much the same thing as the $5.50 bin at Wal-Mart.  Today I ordered The Insider, Duplex, and Shanghai Noon for $17.97 shipped - and they had a few solid titles that I already had on there like Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Infernal Affairs, and I'm Not Scared.

Oh, and all those really crappy Hellraiser movies that came out over the last year that are all still like $19.99 at Best Buy were also in there for 6 bucks.

Just because no one reads anything you have to say doesn't make you irrelevant does it?

Oh. Wait...  :-X

Sounds like pugs.  Ours could pretty much care less about other small dogs, but get them around a big dog and they would turn into Cujo.  They didn't care.

Yeah, they're very territorial.  The older one was vicious when she was younger but now can generally play nice with other dogs to the point where if she gets into it with one, it probably isn't her that started it.

The little one bites every dog he gets close to right on the nose and doesn't let go - I dont' know why and he's absolutely not intimidated by dogs of any size or variety - and he only weighs about 18 pounds...  I'm thinking about seeing if I can find a muzzle that would fit him just so I can take him to the park.  But that would ruin his day because all he does is fetch fetch fetch and he wouldn't be able to.  Yet he plays fantastically all day and night with our other dog and my girlfriend's parent's dogs back home... just get him around a dog that he doesn't know and he's a terror.  He's never done anything like that to people though, he's a little angel otherwise.

Rob -- your dogs are a hoot -- are they Boston Terriers?  Do they snore and snort and snot and snuffle?

They are.  The older one is about 3 and a half and the younger one is a little over two now.  With the short noses they end up snorting a lot whenever they choke themselves on the leashes... and at other times.  When they drink too much water they throw it back up... and the little one still has potty-training issues and I'm running out of ideas (thank God for concrete floors).  But they're phenomenal dogs, are unbelievably sweet (to people, not necessarily to other dogs...).  We love them to death.  There are a bunch of older pictures a page or two ago if you didn't see them already from when the little one was really little.
