Nice. The Talisker in there is a bit of a surprise though; I sure haven't got my palate to that point yet.
No Glenmorangie?
Nope. Not the biggest fan of it to be truthful. Perhaps it's un-Scottish of me to say but I'm not the biggest fan of anything Glen... That said the image has a 12 and 15 year old Livet, a 14 year old Goyne and a 12 year old Fiddich. I also squirreled away two bottles of Glenfiddich's Snow Phoenix. I do have a friend that absolutely loves Glenmorangie so I can drink it at his place.
Or Johnnie Walker Blue for that matter?
Don't find it worth the money. We did side by side taste tests years ago with Blue, Gold, Green and Black and while there was a perceptible difference, I simply do not find it different enough from the Gold (or really the Green) to make me drop that kind of money. The cheapest I've seen it is about $160 a bottle and there are an awful lot of types of Scotch that I can buy for that kind of money. It's an excellent product to be sure but I think most people buy it to say they have it rather than to drink it. Or I just don't make enough money.
Scott, saw your post elsewhere. If it helps, I'm up to 14 bottles in the house (not including the airplane or other small bottles). Some are getting quite close to empty. I'll almost always have a bottle of Black Label around (excellent for rusty nails), a bottle of Cardhu now that it can be found stateside again and a bottle of Cragganmore which is clearly my favorite right now.
As of the moment though, I'm consuming one of these:
