I'm not 100% positive, but I think some of my vintage vehicles were originally shrink wrapped.  I can't be certain because it was nearly 30 years ago and I was in a rush to get them out and play with them.

I had never seen a shrinkwrapped vehicle before either, but recently I've seen 3-4 of them.  Kind of strange.

There was a guy listing a full set of 62 a few weeks back with a BIN for $10,001 which of course didn't sell.  James Gallo is sitting on dozens of Cat IV and V coins for ridiculous BIN prices (i.e. $650 for a Creatures coin).  These sellers need to get a clue.

Those prices are insane, but i think 2,000-3,000 is fair for a set of 62.
