Ya know, I didn't hear it at all...  I actually was alerted to this by my buddy at his office.  Called me this afternoon because he knew I took the loss of Stern hard.

Like him or hate him, I don't care ya know?  Everyone's got an opinion, and preferences they should be allowed to express.

I don't like Rush Limbaugh at all, so  I simply don't listen to him.  In a more local tune, I don't like Fred Honzeberger either, so I don't listen to him.

But I like Stern...  I should have the right to listen to whatever the hell I want without some A-hole telling me I can or can't because he/she deems it indescent.

Id' never been so personally affected by sensorship in my life till Stern was taken off by Clear Channel....  It's had me agitated ever since, and I'm happy he's back to say the least.

Sh!t.

I'm going to see it this afternoon.

Sh!t.

Well, just make sure you get that pooin' out of the way first...  Wouldn't wanna miss anything because of a fecal assault mid-film.

Amen...

I'm surprised she didn't shack up with Raggedy Andy or some other elderly doll, just for his money.

Better than this one that came up in that search...

Shockingly feminine looking...  Definitely not "Matty" material.  Not nearly harsh enough looking....  Little too "real into clothes" looking actually.

Does have that hint of smart-ass to it though...

Eh.

LIES!

I know you tape it if you're not going to be home...  Don't deny.

I saw that too actually...  I was uh, flipping around.   :-X

I like Farrell a lot, but I'm still planning on going to see Spiderman2 first.  I just have a bad feeling about this movie...  I'll likely see it too though, so who knows. :)

Clear Station channel 105.9 WXDX, you can kiss my hairy white ass.  I've officially taken them off my car's dial and now K-Rock, the Rock of Pittsburgh, 93.7 is on (well, it was before as the old Top 40 station it was beforehand).

93.7 is now a new station and Stern's on in Pittsburgh again finally, after I've dealt without the only radio show I ever really listened to.  Thank God because my commute(s) have sucked bigtime without Stern on.

105.9 dumped Stern under the whole FCC fallout BS, like other Clearchannel Stations, and I'm happy to hear he's back, as you can tell.

"The X" as it's called, probably won't be off my dial actually...   ;D  Just not as frequently stopped by on my flipping when it's not morning time.

Score one for Stern, and for me having something I enjoy back even if some schmucks out there don't want me to have something I enjoy on my drive to school in the mornings.

I for one am happy as a clam.

Plus, this station comes in loud and clear every day no matter where I am...  even out here in BFE where some stations lose some clarity because of all the hills between here and the city.

My happiness is 2-fold as well...

I got to watch the FINAL show from B94's morning show "John, Dave, Bubba, and Shelly".  4 of the most overly obnoxious DJ's in Pittsburgh...  Overprivilaged snots who talk about the most obnoxious topics and none of which has a good personality or opinion.

They were literally crying...  I suppose if I lost a job I'd had for 9 years I'd maybe cry too, but I despise these people's obnoxious persnalities so much I can only wish them luck in another city a hell of a long way from here.

Vindication today for me!  I have been avenged on 2 fronts!  Viva La Jesse!

2 guys I went to school with were fired or forced to leave/resign from their positions at my local High School (where we all went to school that is) because of relations with students.

Both deserved what they got, and probably more, and this woman deserves some punishment, preferably jailtime under statutory rape laws.  She's been arrested and is being charged in 2 separate places.  The double-standard may only be in public opinion, not in the eyes of the law.

My other point I wanted to make...

Wanna bet she gets a Playboy contract?

With the right fixins, and possibly a new head (can't make out what it looks like, b ut the other Indy toys are fairly generic I know), it may make a nice custom...

I've seen people do wonders with Hasbro 12" SW figures and a Dragon body, and a head or headcast from a decent toy line of the same actor (Like Matt mentioned the cast of Harrison's McCoy likeness).

Of course, I think you can order the parts you want that are almost as good as Toys McCoys from some of the custom "Joe" shops if you looked around...  Cotswold used to have that crap I thought?

Barbie was a teacher...  Hmmm

I'm seeing some ties here.

I could see her picking up her Aussie bo Greg(g) in a pink bug convertible.

Awwwwww

Catch it on the weekend perhaps, or next week...  My woman is vacationing, and I'm flat broke anyway.

I'm hearing nothing but praise for this too, and everyone's saying it blows the first away even.  That's a rarity unto itself it seems.

My buddy's a Spidey nut...  He must be dying to see this right now.

To an Aussie too?

I wonder if his name's Greg(g)?

Oh, I keed...  I keed...

Seriously though...  ***cough********cough***

And she's still gettin' a little side action from G.I. Joe I hear...  I mean, everyone saw her leave in that car with him in that commercial from a while back...  I think we know what's up.

EDIT:

BTW, if anyone wants to photoshop this, please do.  I need a good laugh.

The story was good while it was up Vator, glad I caught it before it seemingly disappeared, haha. :)

Pretty darn poseable there...  I'm impressed.  The headsculpt's actually shaping up to be my 2nd favorite aspect behind the articulation.

Those ball/socket joints are awesome.  Hasbro is a master at super articulation (when they want to), and hiding it as well.  They do it better than any company out there, at least in this scale.

I just wish they did it ALL the time.  :)

Oh man those assortments suck, but at least some of the "New" figures are gonna reship.  What I don't see much of is the Endor Wave reshipping, which sucks to me because I needed a 2nd set for my custom endeavours and they've seemingly dropped off the planet all together.

A shame too with how good they are.

I'm ok with Lando's arms...  Better than nothing, and the rest of him's nothing short of incredible.  THe cape I can stomach, as I mentioned, only because I have at least 2 extra of it around here I think...  I know one anyway.

Han's so amazingly superior to CT Han, I really am just surprised at how "off" that figure now looks.

Short of that, the Leia and Obi and Luke are the only "downers" to me, and even Leia I don't mind since I'm just happy to see her look half-assed for once in the white outfit.  The upper body not having softgoods though, is disappointing because they could've done that so well to match the bottom and have a realistic hood too.  Ah well.  Opportunity lost.

Anyone else see Vator's mention that the gun isn't flimsy with Han?

Guess their "personal safety standards" flew out the window on this wave huh?   ::)

Ah yes, I forgot Whewbacca the Cookie...

I'm seriously doubting the flocked idea comes to life.  I just can't see them trying something in 3.75" scale they gave up on in 12" scale, but Hasbro's not one to do the obvious (or logical) and thus they may totally F Chewie up since his character's often doomed to awkwardness.

Mech and BE were the only "good" versions of him IMO, but even then I'd say only Bespin Escape really embodied a good "generic" Chewie.

I think we'll get a removable bandoleir and oodles of articulation on a "Nude"-Bacca figure (sans bandoleir that is).

I'm assuming that...  No telling what may actually come.

I'm ok with the ROTJ hairstyle, if they go that route, only because I like Bespin Escape Bacca so much.  So ROTJ style's cool by me.  Hell, maybe they'll shock us with a removable collar from ROTJ?  Eh, nah...  But Boush's Bounty Chewie could use a redo given how long ago he came out!
