Just making a point that if EU figure had to be made, those would be what I wouldn't raise a huge snit about
Oh, and I like Concept Art stuff, I.E. the Maul, Obu and Jinn training, the McQuarrie Trooper etc...

I am not a huge EU fan but I would not be terribly upset if the above were released, i would be upset if EU figures were released instead of OT figures though...the above represents plausible non-movie OT stuff which makes sense to me as a plausible extension of the movies and which is not actually seen in the movies.

I would say the EpII tank is not the EpI Federation tank but one used in the EpII Geonosis battle

I'll be honset when I say hardly anything, I hate pretty much all EU I have read. The exception being the original Zahn trilogy stuff of the early 90's which really recaptured my love of SW. THat being said I would take an original never before done movie character over and EU figure 99 times out of 100. The exception being Conept Art ala the upcoming McQuarrie Stormtrooper and EU based on existing OT designs ala the Star Tour astromechs
EU just isn't my cup o' tea but I'm sure I am in the minority a lot of people like it a lot more than I do
