There is a $h!t load of new TMNT figures out there. I picked up Deep Divin' Leo, Mike, Raph, Don, Triceraton Warrior, Gen. Mozar, Silver Sentry, Fugitod, Baxter Stockman, Multi-Arm Shredder, Claw Shredder, TMNT on Bikes, TMNT SWAT Team. I have many of the vintage TMNT figs. I love this line. Almost more than Star Wars.

Jedi Knight Luke's saber is more of a teal color than green.

I am currently working on a display to put these on.

What jadesfire said. "Well, I just ordered both Mace and Luke's F/X saber.  I was going to wait but I couldn't pass up the special collectors offer of getting both for $189.99 (includes the shipping!!)."

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Digital Cable Modem
« on: June 15, 2004, 01:10 PM »
The modem I have is only about a year old. It is a Motorola SB5100 SURFboard Cable Modem.

When I had the comast internet service activated Comcast had to lay all new lines in the house because the old lines would not carry the signal.
There are a few splitters in the house I will have to check them out to see if the connections are tight.

Other than that I have tried just about everything I could think of. I even tried plugging the modem into another line and computer. The same thing happens. The lights go out on the modem and I loose the signal. It is getting frustrating.

I just may have to have Comcast come out and check it out.

Thanks for all of your help.
If you have any more suggestions please let me know.

I did not think of checking my card. I will have to do that.
I have it setup modem straight to my computer.

For those of you who have Comcast or other Cable Digital Cable Modems do you have this problem?

When I turn on my computer the connection is there straight away. But then after ten to fifteen minutes the connection is gone. But then after a few seconds it is there again. This repeats over and over every time.

I have called my cable company and they have told me that the signal is strong. They even had a tech come to the house and check everything out. It is all good. I even replace my modem but still have the same problem.

I thought the connection is always susposed to be there 24hrs a day.

Any suggestions?

Please Help!

Today at Target I picked up the new Space Hoppin' Turtles and the new DVD - Secret Origins.

Still have not found the Quarry figure which PlayMates said is out but limited. She will appear in later assortments.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Harry Potter
« on: June 4, 2004, 03:58 PM »
Just got back from seeing Harry Potter at the 11:20am showing. Not many kids at all mostly adults. I will not give anything away.

First off I have never read any of the Harry Potter books.

I think this is the best of the Harry Potter movie yet. I liked the first one but this one is really good. The movie is dark and somewhat sccccaaarrrrrryyyyyy for the kids at times. I like the dark undertone of this movie.

I thought that I was not going to like the new guy who plays Dumbledoor. Though the Dumbledoor character has changed dramatically from the previous two movies he seemed to fit in. Though I like the Richard Harris Dumbledoor a whole lot more.

The effects were good, the story was good, overall it was a good movie. I would see this again.

It is about time that Alan Rickmans character Prof. Snape gets some action in.

Now I am looking to the next Harry Potter movie which is already in production. :)

So what did you think of the movie?

I have not read any of the HP books. I have enjoyed the movies.
I picked up the new soundtrack and the mood is so much darker than the other two. I am looking forward to the new HP movie.

I saw a preview of the new guy who plays Dumbledoor. They really changed his look. Instead of the long beard it is now like Gandalf the White's now. I am sure the guy who replaced the late Richard Harris did a great job as Dumbledoor.
