Wow dude, he rocks! If you find some time, is it possible to take a pic of him, next to another SW fig you have? Just for scale and reference. And I think your paint apps are really clean and sharp. With a bit of chewie-like weathering, you could really make this guy stand out!

Very cool dude! I like the colors, but they're still a bit flashy (probably due to the flash on your camera) To fix that helmet problem, you should contact Glassman6. He has awesome modded helmets. I used them too.

About the sullustan, I think you can easily fix that by adding a white dot of paint in the eyes or painting them in GLOSS black paint. I like him, but I like the jedi better. Very cool use of parts.

When will Cody be done?  These are very cute.

Soon I hope, If i get some time to paint toninght, I'l lwork on him. I finished A Sev commando in lego yesterday. I'll take pics soon.

Yeah, the visor for the cody is a modded ice planet visor. The lables I've printed out myself. But I found someone who can make me even more professional lookin decals. Hope to get some soon.

I'm curious, are these Lego helmets cast already hollowed out or do you hollow them after casting?

If they are hollow in the mold, where are you putting you sprew whole on the helmet?

Thanks!!

I made a mold with a lego head in it. So the figs head is full. The helmet is no longer remvable. I make a sprew hole on top of his helmet and sand it down after casting it.

Thanx for the feedback. Yeah, the air bubble was in my original AOTC lego head cast. I wanted to fix it when I started casting my team, but it looked so damn cool, that I left it in there. Now all of my (future) commando team members will have the "damaged" look.

Thanx :)

I just finished my Boss custom:

Maybe try contacting Owen D at www.owenscustoms.com, I think he makes a few...

Also http://www.erikstormtrooper.com/index.html is a good reference.

 :)

Do you get a discount on his commissions, every time you post his URL? ;) Just kidding.

I've been on the look out as well for paper you can print on with a Laserjet printer. I remember a guy at Rebelscum who made clone logos on plastic stickers and sold them. Never knwe how he made them though...

Just to bump this a bit:

I haven't been able to work on the last mandalorian these past few days. I'm doing a few commissions, working on perfecting my casting skills and builing a few LEGO clone customs for my girlfriends' little brother.

I DO have a small update on my site (my girlfriend and my site actually) She added some of her and my art and some better pics of older GI Joe, JLU and off course StarWars pics. So if you're interested, you can go and take a look here:

I found These Kits Fairly Cheap on Ebay. This Seller also lets you pick the Kits you Want. Here's a Link:
AVP Snap-Kits

I found these sets the other day too.  I recommend e-mailing the seller if you are going to order from him.  I ordered 5 pieces for $45 shipped ($7 a piece plus $10 shipping).  I'm a little suspicious about the fact that these are supposed to be blind-packed but he lets us pick which on we want, but I'll let everybody know how it went after I receive them.  The seller was very quick in his responses to my e-mails, so that was reassuring.

Just to let you guys know, I also ordered a set from this ebayer and it arrived today. He's good for it. He provides you with the fig you want. It comes boxed but the box has been opened to check what figure is in it.

Awesoe product and superb sculpting but you know that by now ;)
