****.

Plus these ****** gas prices are Bush's fault.  **** Bush.[/totally sarcastic; don't ban me]

Not cool, dude, not cool.
Only $3.61 for regular in tha' SLC.

That's what you get for punching my munchkin!

Look Dressel.  You crossed the line.  Although I lost the bet about a Kerry '04 victory, you agreed you'd keep the spoils of your victory a secret.  Now every closeted right winger is going to be bugging me for handjobs.

3.11 cents here in Seattle yesterday.

Prices have officially inspired me to look up bus routes to work.  This is what it has come to.  ;D

I'm thinking about buying a hybrid Civic which is a big step for me  - I hate making car payments.

As predicted ..Bush is trying to save his sorry ass(and the republican party come election time) again by trying to come up with a (temporary ::)) solution.

Noticed his approval rating (1/3 of americans approve of his job performance) wasn't affected :P :-X

We're between $2.95 and $2.99...  above the supposed national average.  For a low cost-of-living area like Pittsburgh, that is sucking hard for a lot of people.  Then again as I watch the moron in the gas-guzzler complain about gas prices on the 6:00 news, I'm tempted to shoot the TV Elvis style.

Can we keep the political commentaries to a minimum?

A tid bit I hate to mention, because although it may be true, it's still no excuse for the high prices, but, adjusting for inflation, the gas prices in 1981 were higher.

Gas is down five cents here to $2.69.

Anyone know where I can find a Honda Insight on the cheap?

But, adjusting for inflation, it was only like $3.12, yeah?  What's the national average right now, $2.90-something?  And it's not even Memorial Day yet.

It will have been a lot higher than $3.12 by Labor Day, I guarantee.

I honestly think we'll see $4 gas by Labor Day on the west and east coasts.

Gas has taken a little dive in the past two days - we're at $2.66.

I heard on NPR that the government has requested financial documents from the three big oil companies - the last time they made such a request was when Enron was about to go under.

Yeah, well, according to Rush (yes, I do occationaly listen to him for a laugh) his "Experts" say that the investigations are unwarrented since that the Gas companies simply don't engage in any type of gouging activity. ::) So I'd image then that the documents will be handed right over.
