I don't know what to think about Oscars really.  The Hurt Locker wasn't exactly an original story to me either.  It's pretty predictable I thought.  Good but you know where it's going just as much as Avatar.  It's just like any other intense war movie I have seen.  But yeah, I am fine with it winning Best Picture.  It is kind of interesting that E.T., Star Wars, and Avatar are in that science fiction realm that by far and away make the most money, get critical success, but ultimately lose to more artsy films instead. I would have been fine with Avatar winning best picture.

It really may not be the right time depending what the pricetag is going to be for it.  Maybe next year?

I got a Rum Sleg/Sidious Hologram Chair Blockbuster two pack last week.  Those 2 packs have helped me get a lot of figures I otherwise would have skipped on.  Anyway, they had most of the wave in 2 packs there but this was the only one I bought.  Funds a bit low lately.

The WM by me has had these in the "clearence"aisle for weeks but at the full $40 price.  I keep hoping they go down so I can buy at least one more.  If they would get it down to 2 I would probably buy 2.  I love this vehicle.

Yeah, I don't know if they would do that or not for Walrus Man.  That would be kind of fun though.  Hasbro could do quite a bit of exclusives that way but not sure how well it would go over?  I am hoping we get a grey "Death Squad Commander" out of all this vintageness.

I saw wear Ralph Macchio (sp?) is now in his fifties.  That makes me feel really old.

Wasn't the actress that played Camie a porn star in England?

Yeah, I heard she was a porn star of some sorts.

I just hope it's not one of those things were if you can't be there the moment it opens I'm screwed.  Chances are I will probably be at work when this thing comes up.  That's kind of what I'm dreading.

Shadows of the Dark Side / Re: 2010 Disney Star Tours Box Set

I think the repaint of the officer is a pretty good nod to what they were there at Star Tours myself.  I don't really want the set myself.  I don't blame them for not making an all new mold for one of them really.  It's fine for what it is supposed to represent.

Thakfully they actually look like they do in the cut scenes and not some sort of funky comic coloring.  Then again that is how they look in the comic book to but I think you know what I am getting at.  They are kind of scaring me though with their "very limited" description.  I don't know if they are just saying that so we'll all be frightened into getting it ASAP or not?

I just assume at somepoint they will add a modern Fett with vintage deco.  They love shoving out all sorts of Fetts at us.  Probably because a lot of people are like me and buy them.  I think they will do it eventually.  I thought they would just go ahead and do them all this year but maybe not?

They are cashing in on Jackson's death big time for this one.  I agree it makes more sense to do so especially if they still had that Honey I Shrunk the Audience playing there.  I am surprised to hear that thing was still playing at all.  The best thing about is they did not have to spend much money to bring it back and it will be "new" to a lot of younger people.

Yeah, when I first heard of this I thought it would be cool to get for my son.  Then I see the $60 pricetag and that immediately killed it for me.  Yeah, it's going to fail unfortunately.  Oh well.
