Very cool.  And I'd also like to see a version with the speeder bike at some point, too.

It's an interesting list.  And I'm genuinely surprised by the prospect of that ST version of Luke.  I didn't think we would see that until at least this time next year, but then we don't have any sense of a release date based on the information at hand.

I'd also like to get more Praetorian Guards, but I have trouble getting excited about it if it's going to be a repack of the Guard from the WalMart exclusive 3.75" Black Series.

I'm kind of shocked to see that they've held back on PT characters like Mace, Padme and Grievous until now.  But I also get the sense that the way the 6" TBS line has been released, Hasbro is close to exhausting their options on OT core characters.  Be that as it may, Padawan Obi-Wan is a good addition to the line since they had already done Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn.  Hasbro needed to complete that set.

I'm thinking that Ezra and Chopper might be some sort of a deluxe set.  Although you're left with the question of how do you approach Ezra?  Because he grew up over the course of the series, and his appearance changed substantially from season 1 to season 4.  As for Zeb?  I like the idea of completing the Ghost crew, but I'm curious about how Zeb would translate from the animated design to a more photo realistic look.

The rumor about reissues is good to hear.  The line is what, 5 years old now?  Some of those early pieces are scarce, and there's been a burgeoning bootleg industry.  It seems like Hasbro is almost leaving money on the table by not doing some kind of a "greatest hits" release for some 6" TBS figures.

The Aphra figures are “rumored” to be individual releases, not a 3 pk.

Seriously?  I personally think those droids are awesome, but I think they would work much better as an exclusive 3-pack, just like the SDCC exclusive TVC set.

Very interesting rumor report over at Yakface!  Some of these have been rumored for a while (Grievous, for one).  But others are a little bit of a surprise, like the possibility of a Dr. Aphra 3-pack with her two droids - this one just screams "EXCLUSIVE" to me.

The Black Series 6" Figures / 2018 SDCC

The first images are in from SDCC, and Instagram appears to be the platform to check.

6" TBS Dengar

6" TBS Lando Calrissian (Skiff Guard disguise)

6" TBS Princess Leia Organa (Hoth)

6" TBS Val (SOLO)

6" TBS L3-37

These appear to just be some first shots, and there's nothing really new that's been photographed so far.  Although the details / accessories with Hoth Leia are nice to see.

It's nice to see that so much of this set is new.  I think Hasbro got the message after the TFA home entertainment set that collectors were not enthused by the premise of 3 repacks and 1 new figure.

Han's facial likeness looks a little goofy.  I don't know that Hasbro has been able to nail Alden's likeness that well yet.  The coat looks a little weird, too.  And Qi'ra?  I was hoping for a Qi'ra figure in this costume, but I think I'm going to have to wait for a TVC version of her Kessel Run look before I'm reasonably happy.  Weazel is a great addition here.  The Cloud Riders needed a little more representation, and it's great that Warwick Davis finally got another of his characters made into a figure... especially the one that he's revisiting from TPM!

Okay, legit question about this set:  is Kylo Ren an articulated figure?  Because the promo photos show what may be articulated joints.

The Vintage Collection / Re: 2018 Vintage Collection Wave 2

It's definitely nice to see these.  Clearly the renamed the Tank Driver, even though the Amazon listing still calls it a hovertank driver.  And I think I'll probably pick up at least one more Death Trooper.  Almost all of the cardbacks look sweet.

….But the photoshop job of Han in front of the Falcon seems a little off.  I get that Hasbro took some creative license with some cardback art like they did with the Deleted Scene wave.  But in this case they should have been able to get some sort of promotional photo for Alden Ehrenreich as Han from Lucasfilm.

Very nice.  Based on the packaged image I am liking the paint color/apps.  That's been a sticking point for me when it comes to TIE Fighters over the years.  I hope they show this at SDCC next week.

The more images of see of this vehicle, the more I like it!  It's such a positive step forward for the vehicle line.  I hope that Amazon gets around to filling their orders before long so that I get mine soon.

This isn't in stock online or in any stores that I can find right now, but if you want to keep the link handy, here it is.  Based on retail schedules?  My educated guess is that this might turn up after July 1.

Star Wars The Black Series 6" Gamorrean Guard Target Exclusive Figure - $29.99

I got word from a Target source that these are scheduled to go on shelves on July 29th.
