and is it just me or does wedge have the training gear clone legs the bothan looks wierd and the sand people beside looks crappy. Good thing I have decided to skip most comic packs this year. The luke/blonde chick set is a maybe all the others are a pass.

September should be cheap for me though. I already got the last Legacy figure I needed and I doubt clone wars wave 2 will be out anytime soon in Canada anyways. Only other thing I need for this month in terms of Hobby spending is DragonBall Z season 6 which comes out on Tuesday
I have also spent about $25 in food and bus tickets at university and $500 in books but Ill leave that out for now.



The extra guitar I bought for my guitar hero broke down so after talking with the stores head office I was able to get a full refund for it because he stated that all the ones they sold were having the same problems. So i got $39.54 back. I then used the money toward buying RB but once I got to my car to give it a further inspection I realized that there were no drum sticks, and the drums were really banged up. heck some of the pads were already falling off, not to mention the fact that it had all been just thrown into the box. So i went back and got my money back. They tried to refuse giving my money back but I reminded them that I bought it 5 minutes before hand and they stated they had to call head office for a refund, once I said I would wait they caved in lol. I still support the store but I will only buy dvds from them for now on, all the accessory type things I have bought from them have always been crap.

I was able to pre-order rockband for the PS2 today used for $85, now I just have to pick it up. Just a question though, how much does the rock band kit sell for new? I am asking just because the same store I preo-ordered rockband from is also the one I am going to this weekend to return my old GH guitar because of problems that occured with it (wouldnt connect) but at the same time according to the store manager it wasnt thre fault as all those guitars they sold had the same problem. Plus I have never had any problems with all the other games/movies I have purchased from them. i just want to know how much of a difference it would be to buy it new as a just in case.

And yes I realize the irony in the fact that I hated the drum kit for rockband and wanted the new guitar hero one BUT i have a feeling it will be very expensive and I just dont have the money to pay (and this is just a guess) $180 for a video game kit. And either way I can see the PS2 version getting ripped off the same way that the aero smith game did.

Still no wave 2 up here in Canada. I'm guessing it will come in this month while all other waves will also be pushed back a month. So with my luck we will at least get wave 3 legacy by the end of the year and wave 2 clone wars . Collection spending will be cut back a lot though as my first day of University is tomorrow and those monthly passes for the GO bus are going to cost me $150 a month Now its time to buy only what I really need or in this case because toys are not a need..want


Oh yeah forgot to mention I was also able to get a SPC discount card.So basically all the figures I buy from now on will be from  Zellers or the Bay because I get 10% off. Pretty good considering I will be saving about $1.15 a figure and since there are only 20 figures left for me to get (in which I know I wont be finding half of them anyways) I can save up to $25. There are also a bunch of other deals all in which will help make university cheaper for me. The card cost $7 and it has already saved me $4.

I believe you are correct sir.  The assortment on the box is also the same assortment which Hasbro identified for the Carkoon set from Comic-Con.  (And wasn't it a $50 retail last year?)  To me, that's a dead giveaway.

Okay H needs to release a list for these B-A-D things I know we've got a list going here but H should really be the one cause even though I didn't purchase them there adding stuff that would be much easier if H gave us a list to go by ahead of time.  This is what I saw just less then 1/2 hour ago at Target.

There was the 2 pack jedi w/left black leg RA-7 which was assuming supposed to come with them, by the way what's up w/ Mr. Pinky hands.

and the quad cannon clone comes with the head. I was at the cashier when I noticed it and because of that I am still missing the wave 2 version of him.
