I was able to pick up a Wii this morning at TRU.  I went there at 8:15 to get into line.  I was eighth and they had 21.  There were at least 50 people in line by the time they opened the store.

Not sure if I will shell out the $600 to buy a PS3 for this game, but I will consider buying a 360 for it.

I still have not come across one.  I went hunting last Sunday and missed out at Circuit City.  They were supposed to give out vouchers at 9:00 and I went there at 8 to get into line.  There were only four people ahead of me, so I figured I would have one.  Then a jackass manager comes out at 8:30 and tells us there was a line of people there at 7:30 and he gave them out to that group.  If he would have waited until 9 like he was supposed to, I still wouldn't have had one, but I would have seen the line and left.  I headed over to the TRU a block away and waited outside to see if they were getting any.  No luck there, either.  I know I will find one eventually.

The Quagmire scene made me laugh pretty hard.  The transformer was funny too.

I didn't know about the two-hour movie this fall.  That will help the long layoff.  Other good news is that the 4th season will have 22 episodes instead of 13.  I agree that something was done to Tyrol, Sam and Tigh on New Caprica.  All three were known resistance leaders and could have been captured and operated on at some point.  Not sure why the President's aide is in the same boat, though.  Of course, if they are four of the final five, who does that leave for the 5th?  My guess is Roslin.  Her dreams about Six, Sharon and the baby are kind of odd.  Also strange that she is dreaming about an opera house and the others keep hearing music that could have been played there.  It's fun to speculate.

I tried Sammy's in Duluth the last time I was there.  It's the best I have had in that city.

This is the only time of year I eat McDonalds and it's because of two things:  The Shamrock Shake and the Filet o Fish for Fridays during Lent.  BTW, Scott, I have run into a few McDonalds around town that never carry the shake.

Any chance of a Death Star playset modular or otherwise for the 3 3/4 inch line, the Galactic Heroes or Lego?  Lego would seem to be a good fit for a modular version with what was done with the Jabba's Palace sets.

Jack Black is still in the running for the role of Green Lantern in a possible upcoming movie.

"The thing with the Green Lantern is it's all about the ring.  All you need is to wear the ring and you've got the Green Lantern Powers.  It could be anybody."    - Jack Black during the interview

Yeah, sure!  It could be ANYONE with a power ring and it'd be the same thing!   ::)

I'm starting to feel the furious rage...

Another reason why Jack Black must be destroyed IMO.  He sucks ass and GL would be turned into a damn joke.  I hope that this whole idea was just some nasty Internet rumor or April Fools joke that went out of control.

I need to see that Obi Wan without the robe before I decide to buy him.  He looks like a repack at this point.  The Luke looks like a winner because those hands are new.  Hopefully he doesn't have the hard plastic skirt that prevented movement the first time around.  I'm hoping it's gone because it wouldn't be accurate otherwise.

I'm liking the useable holsters on these figures.  I always wanted my figures to have them since I opened my original Hoth Han.  I used to tape the blasters to the legs of my figures back in the day to make my own holsters.

I like the build a figure idea.  Droids would be a great choice for this.  Each wave could have a different one.  One wave could be a protocol, one could be an astromech etc.

I agree.  If this were about looks, she wouldn't be on it and that Kate Bosworth picture is not good, either.

This ship would sell big at the $60 price.  You can guess it will go on clearance eventually.  That will be even nicer.  I remember Sears had the last version online for $50 at one point.  I was able to grab one for that price.

It's probably the X wing with R2D2 from a few years back although that price seems a bit steep.
