M.A.R.S. TROOPER 3pack is up at HTS.  Not sure if those promo codes are still good or not though.  Hopefully this set makes it to retail someday.

Were these troops in the movie?  I don't remember seeing them when they were at MARS areas.

Just saw Rise of Cobra.  Very cool movie.  Like one big toy commercial.  Now I want to go out and buy some GI Joe toys.

Scarlett was my favorite character in the movie for many reasons.

Snake Eyes was cool but those lips have to go.

The Paris Pursuit scene was exciting except for the accelerator suits and all the fake looking computer animation as they ran around and crashed into cars.  Thought I was watching Turbo Man rolling down the street.

I'm definitely in GI Joe mode now and really glad I registered for Joecon on the last day of per-registration.  Kansas City here I come.

I caved today and bought the 2010 MOTU subscription.  I was going to just buy them individually so I could combine shipping with the bonus figures like Battlecat but then something may have went wrong.  This line is getting expensive this month.  $30 plus for He-Ro, $20 Subscription +++(charged $50 plus to sign-up) and then in 10 days Tri-Clops.

Managed to buy He-Ro and Egon Spengler on MattyCollector.com this morning.  This time the red screen wasn't too bad and refreshed to each screen after about a minute on each page.

The GI Joe club has a twitter page that they've been updating leading up to the con.  A cool animated video was released this morning.  Very cool.

Does anyone know if the MOTU presentation can be found online?

Michael Crawford reviewed the movie Shipwreck figure on his review site.  A pretty good read.

So I never got past the 3 second countdown page, and now the site is saying that Hordak is sold out.
I have signed up for the sept-dec figures, but if I'm going to miss out on Hordak, then I'm not sure I really have any desire to have them all any more.
I don't suppose anyone has ordered multiples and is willing to part with one?

Those sure went fast.  I thought I was cutting it close 1 hour after they went up.  I ordered 2 so I can keep one in the package and open one.

I ordered 2 Hordak figures at noon central time.  My lunch wasn't until an hour after they went up for sale and I thought I would miss out.  This is such a cool looking character and one of my favorite MOTU figures of all time.  Can't wait to start the Horde collection with even more characters down the road.

That SDCC Soundwave set looks very cool.

Today, I bought a few movie toys.  I ended up looking over what the local TRU had and picked up the Ransack/Bi-Plane and Dirt Boss/Fork Lift.  These two are very cool in vehicle mode and ok in robot mode.  So far these are the only movie toys from either movie that I've purchased.

I just ordered Zodac about 8 hours after it went on sale.  I completely forgot to buy this figure this morning and luckily it didn't sell out.  I though for sure it would be gone when I remembered.  I'm going to have to put post-its all over the place on June 15th so I don't forget Hordak.

I'm on my way to Hamilton, ON for the GI Joe Convention.  Quite a long drive from Minnesota.  I'm in London, ON for the night after driving and sight seeing on the way over for the con.  I haven't done much toy shopping on the way except for a few Wal-Marts in Michigan but they didn't have anything worth buying.  However, when I stopped at the White Oaks Mall Wal-Mart in London I found the movie MARS Trooper 3-Pack.  Looks very cool.  Now I wish it would just stop raining so my trip to Niagara Falls isn't too wet.

I'll be adding pictures from the Canadian Con like I have done for the last 4 Master Collector Joecons.

Saw the 6" figures at Target yesterday and the 2 Spock figures look very cool.  I'm not sure if I'll buy these at this scale because they don't have all the playsets.

The 3 3/4" figures look ok but I really wish they would have made these the same scale as the 1992-2000 figures but with the new articulation.

I logged in a few minutes before noon and Mer-Man was available.  I put 2 in my cart and got to the submit part by about noon and it just hung there processing order.  I then went into order history and it said order unsubmitted.  Then when I tried to access my cart the site had tons of server errors.  Luckily, after trying to log back in with 3 different browsers I was able to finally resubmit the cart contents at about 12:30.   This time it worked and the order is set and I received the email.  I really hope they start a subscription system.

I can't imagine how much the server is going to get hammered when He-Ro goes on sale after the SDCC.
