Got my Battle-Damage Knifehead today, and although I really like the re-sculpt, the whole "battle damaged" aspect really didn't come out as well as the promotional shots had me hoping. There's really no glowy. translucent effect with the blood nor any actual sculpted wounds that I can see. Just kinda looks like they slapped some dull blue paint on there and called it a day. For $30, I expected better I guess.

Frigging TRU put Cherno Alpha up on their site for $3 more than Coyote Tango - WTF? To top it off he's never even in stock to order, I got an email notification this afternoon that he was back in but by the time I logged on after work it was already sold out again. Looks like I will have to keep stalking the local store to nab this guy...

Smash - sorry, no extras on Crimson Typhoon, but who knows, they may end up re-doing him too.

I'm wondering now if any of the people from Daryl's new group were in the house with Rick a few episodes back??

On TD, I literally did not even recognize the woman who played Sasha. She looked amazing, totally transformed.

The Black Series 6" Figures / Re: 6" Black Series - 2014 Wave 2

LOL, that looks ridiculous! I thought they had already confirmed they would be doing special larger size packaging for Darth and Chewie? He looks much cooler outside of the box, that's for sure.

Thank God we will all get another crack at Obi-Wan.  ::)

Yeah, some of those just look terrible as far as the paint jobs, eesh. I've seen better efforts out there for less.

I'm still liking all these episodes, getting back to the basics: people versus zombies.

Just when I thought Daryl and Beth were going to go all sweet on each other, BAM - mysterious kidnapping. Ugh, poor Beth.

Bob is still kind of a weird, squirrely dude, but I like his act after the prison. He seems more together than anyone else. (As pointed out, he was the only one who didn't lose something, so makes sense)

I kept waiting for some crazy weirdo to come creeping out of the closet in that mortuary with Daryl and Beth, or for the food to be drugged and/or poisoned. Seemed too inviting somehow.

So we got everybody on the way to Terminus now except for Daryl and Beth. Three episodes to go...still worried for them.

Have seen a few reports of this wave hitting at TRU's out west in the last day or two. Won't be long now!

I got the newest wave in the mail today. All four figures are totally awesome. I love the up-scaled Kaiju. The Jaegers have a lot more articulation and features than the previous figures which caught me by surprise. All four are definitely worth the higher prices.

Nice! I received my Coyote Tango today from TRU.com and I couldn't agree more! These are just getting better and better. Can't wait for Battle Damaged Knifehead to arrive....(prays he intercepts box before wife).  :P

I saw TRU also finally put up Trespasser on their site this morning, but I went ahead and ordered one from Amazon since I had some credit leftover there. Pretty much the same price all said and done.

Now I just need Cherno Alpha. Amazon is totally sold out of these except for insanely priced 3rd party sellers, and TRU.com has yet to put them up, so fingers crossed. Still hoping I will see these in stores one day but I'm going to have to be pretty lucky (again), or dedicated.

Was surprised and delighted to find the Deluxe Set with Daryl and Motorcycle on the shelves today at my local TRU, hot off the truck. Figured this would be hitting soon but assumed I would read about someone finding it over at 'scum first. They had two out so I grabbed the one that had the best paint apps and was happy to have it, even for the $35 price tag, ouch.

The Daryl sculpt looks much improved over earlier versions. Happy hunting!

That's great news, surprised to see it was the second highest rated comedy on cable. Deservedly so though, that is some funny ****.

Have they canceled that godawful Chozen yet though?

EBay and Paypal double-dipping on fees is very annoying, especially on shipping. With the top-rated discount I'm paying around 10% total in fees for my sales... I imagine fees could get to 15% or more for casual sellers who don't get discounts. I actually switched over to free shipping for all of my lastings last year. I figured there was no sense in leaving myself open to lower feedback ratings on shipping price if I was going to get hit with eBay fees either way. Ultimately I think that move boosted my sales, so I guess it was a win-win for me.

I ended up doing the exact same thing...plus I was sick of people sticking it to me on combined shipping if they won multiple auctions. I never advertised that but people apparently expect it and at the rate they decide is fair, so it became tiresome quickly arguing with people over that crap.

The fees definitely suck but they way I look at it, I'm making way more off this stuff selling it there than anyplace else I could go, especially places like the local comic shop.

Billy Dee "Lando" Williams confirmed for this season of "Dancing With the Stars".

Someone must have told them about his move at the Battle of Tenab.  :D

Kinda cool insight to the episode on the talking dead.  The zombies hanging in the country club was a result of the staff fighting with the country club patrons...also the one in the pro shop with the rich bitch sign.

Pretty cool that there was an interesting back story there!

Yeah, that was cool. The first thing I thought of when I saw that sign though was the episode last year where they found other corpses with signs on them like "Liar" etc. Sort of made me wonder if there is some psycho running around.

Yeah, I figured there would be a bump with the larger size, and even with the Jaegers since they are adding more features, articulation etc. I just wasn't sure they would end up.

I don't mind paying the TRU mark-up, seeing as how nowhere else around here gets these, I was just hoping the online and in-store prices were in synch, they generally are, but I'm not sure when/if I will ever see these at retail to compare.

Either way though, I'm not concerned if I overpaid a bit, these things have a good secondary market value from what I've observed.

Coyote Tango is sold out already BTW, so I'm glad I didn't wait on that. Wish they would have put Trespasser up along with Knifehead though so I could have gotten free shipping with this latest order. And where's Cherno?
