I picked up my copy of Clone Wars DVD last night and surprising I got a copy of the Clone Wars Adventures Vol. 1 comic book. I thought they might not have any left with in-store promotions but they have a couple of boxes left.  8)

I decided to hold off on the clone wars DVD in hopes that they'll put the entire series into one uncut 1:50 minute movie.

Good plan.  I have a bootleg copy of the series from a buddy already.  The quality is fine for what I need, so I'll wait this one out too.

18 minutes re-edited back into the movie. Hopefully it will help the second half live up to the first.

The inside box art. Fantastic.  :)

Wow, that's awesome news!!  One of my alltime favorite comedies, so any additional minutes is cool with me.  Of course, once again, this means I'm screwed with an older, outdated copy of a movie again...   :-\

Anyone know of any stores that are selling A Tale of Two Sisters tomorrow?  It's not in any ads and Tartan DVDs are apparently legendary for being hard to find in stores...

Jokabofe?  I'm guessing you'd probably know.

And if you are reading this, do you know if the US release is edited down any?  It is 114 minutes I believe.

Korean version is the same runtime, 114/115 minutes. It's not available at any brick and mortar stores, and DeepDiscount has the 2 disc for $15.99.

Is it a blind buy for you anyway? I watched it last night and it bored me to tears.

No I've seen it - and enjoyed it immensely.

The Deep Discount DVD page for 15.99 has the correct cover-art but the specs are for some crappy Charlie Sheen movie from the 90's - so I'm not going to order from them.

I forgot to ask, but what's the ETA on this thing?  Hopefully soon...  Any word yet on what's included in those 18 extras minutes?  Will it all be from the shower and mud wrestling scenes...?   :D

This is correct?

Have you seen "Koma" or "Doppelganger" yet, Rob? Hollywood Video tends to get a lot of Tartan Extreme movies, llike those and "Phone". I figure maybe they can be specially ordered there as well.

That's correct - yesterday when I checked it had the Korean cover art with all of the descriptions for this movie:

I'll check out Hollywood video - we've had a problem finding Tartan stuff in stores around here as of late.  I haven't seen Doppleganger or Phone yet.

Looks like the first dose of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon DVDs is on our way, about the time of San Diego Comic Con this year.  It will start off with a "Best of" consisting of 10 episodes decided on by the people at He-Man.org, and is rumored to be leading to season box sets later on.  TVShowsonDVD.com has the scoop, and screenshots from the video, which has apparently been cleaned up.  Here's the box art:

Coming August 30th, 2005 to DVD: Corvette Summer. This officially makes the DVD format over and done with.
