So who watched the shower last night, I saw a bit of it, but it wasn't very active, maybe one every 4-5 minutes :-\ The Weather guy on the news said it will be more active tonight in our area though. :)

Call me what you will but i hate it when i go into a store and ask 3 workers a question and not one of them speaks english. I went to Walmart today looking for some new figures and the only 3 people i found on the floor did not speak english.  >:(

Bienvenido a walmart  :P

You know What I noticed?? It said the event where His parents died was in '81, so 17 years later would be 1998 so this last book took place in 98 :-\  Kinda odd, Since the date had not been mentioned yet, you might think that she would have tried to tie the story in to end in the year 2007 and that his parents died in 90. Oh well.

And to all of you who came up with the horcrux theory, thank you. I got much joy gloating over my sister when she refused to believe me, and it turned out to be true.  ;)

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Guitar Hero

Rock band will be sick, 10 frets?? Awesome apparently the extra frets are for solos :D

The Stratocaster controller will have 5 additional fret buttons located further down the neck to be used in special solo sections. Additionally, the controller will feature an effects pickup switch. Harmonix has confirmed Guitar Hero guitar controllers will be compatible with the game, as well as other third-party guitar controllers. The company has also said that Rock Band will also support the use of additional third-party controllers, and, should Activision (the current publishers of Guitar Hero) request it, they can make the Rock Band guitar controller work with Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.[citation needed]

Rock Band's microphone instrument will be similar to the model used in the Harmonix-developed Karaoke Revolution games. According to an article in Game Informer, "Vocalists sing along to the rock tunes as they always have. Additionally, a phoneme detector will pick up the individual vowels and consonants." The microphone can also be used as a tambourine and cowbell when there are no vocals.

The drum controller is similar to the DrumMania arcade game, and will be based on striking one of 4 foam pads, representing the snare drum, tom-tom, hi-hat, and crash/ride cymbals. The set will also feature a kick pedal for bass drum and will ship with a pair of authentic drumsticks. The legs of the drum peripheral can adjust in height or be detached if the user wishes to place it on a table-top, while the kick pedal can be adjusted laterally. Harmonix representatives have said on numerous occasions that "If you can play the drum parts on hard, you can pretty much play the drums [in reality]."

Can't wait to pick this up  :D
