It seems the Yuuzhan Vong are just screaming for a custom challange since you can make them look anyway you want as long as they are pale and scared up.

That's exactly it Chewie. One is very strick and specific (group project) while the other is very broad but within a theme (customizing challange).
I havn't really thought about a group project for April. I'm open for suggestions. I have time to do both but I think the majority of the time I have will be dedicated to casting the twins and Scorch for the Microman custom.

Tamyia rocks. The nice thing about Micromen is that you can take them almost completely apart and paint each joint separately. I found once the paint is dry, it doesn't chip with this plastic. The only suggestion is don't make the paint too thick or the joints will be too tight.

The attention to detail is very good on this one.
Nay, my son wouldn't let me. I painted my figure as he painted his. After I took the picture, he grabbed his figure and I havn't seen it since. That stormtrooper is probably going to help gi joe take down the evil C.A.T.S. out in the back yard.

It was a good learning experience for him. He learned about mixing colors and how you get orange from red and yellow. Thanks for the idea. It was nice to do a little art project with him. He though your son's was really cool.
